酒店位置方便, 10-15分鐘便到達最大型的商場及地鐵站, 附近亦在餐廳及小店. 酒店員工有禮亦樂於協助, 而房間亦清潔及整齊. 可能酒店是新裝修, 唯獨健身室有一陣強烈的塑膠氣味, 完全不能使用.

Rooms were a bit "industrial", and an unimpressive pool. Breakfast okay, not great. Very nice service, and close to subway-- all felt safe.

Great quiet location to stay.
Hotel Diego De Almagro ~ Providencia offers good services to their passengers at fair prices. Their rooms are comfortable and quiet as compared to other hotels closer to Providencia or Nueva Providencia , main arteries which represent the newer hupcup of Santiago's business, commercial and entertainment centers.Thus, its location is in the Commune of Providencia that happens to be a safe and well protected area of the city. Breakfast services are provided for an extra charge which is cheaper than what nearby cafes or restaurants charge. Breakfast food is great and plentiful, by the way. The hotel staff is very professional and English is spoken at the main counter. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I enjoyed staying at this particular hotel because it was within ten (10) minutes from Providencia' s centrum by foot.

Buena ubicación pero las facilidades del hotel son viejas y no se preocupan por renovarlas. El internet del hotel lleva más de un mes que no funciona en las habitaciones, en ningún piso y al parecer no tienen intenciones de arreglarlo. El buffet es muyyyy caro para lo que ofrecen. El gimnasio parece de los años 60

Didn’t offer late checkin. Late checkout came at 25 or 50 percent day rate. Broken bathroom foot tap. Leaking ceilings. Poor internet. No iron in room. Good location walking distance to train, mall and restaurants but won’t stay here again. Leandro at the breakfast was always always helpful. Best thing about this stay.

The hotel feels a bit old but it’s well taken care of. Huge issues with the wifi. If you’re traveling for work and need a good wifi connection, this might not be the place for you. We had to constantly go and work from the lobby because wifi would be horrible in the rooms

Busquen mejores opciones
Hotel con instalaciones muy viejas, pasillos muy sucios. El wifi es TERRIBLE, no puedes trabajar en tu habitación, tienes que salir al lobby. Personal poco amable, pedí algunas recomendaciones y no saben nada. No recomiendo este hotel.

No geral é muito bom.
Hotel no geral é muito bom. Atendimento ótimo e com boas acomodações. Muito bem localizado no bairro providencia e apenas a dois quarteirões do metro e bem proximo à costaneira. Conta com um bem variado café da manha. Porém durante nossa estadia de 7 dias, apresentou problemas de fornecimento de água quente em 3 dias... penso que algum problema técnico. O sinal de Internet nos quartos é muito fraco e cai bastante.

Gostei da hospedagem.
O quarto bastante espaçoso. Café da manhã maravilhoso. A localização é ótima. Tem estação de metrô, shopping, academia SmartFit, casa de câmbio, tudo no entorno do hotel.

Camas confortáveis, tamanho do quarto grande, café da manhã ok e limpeza deixou a desejar. Somente em uma das cinco noites que ficamos hospedados o ar condicionado (função frio) funcionou. Faltava reposição diária de toalhas e faltou água (banheiro) em um dos dias.

100% recomendado la mejor opción en Santiago.
El hotel es lindo, moderno, camas sabrosas, habitación maravillosa, desayuno sabroso, ubicación excelente, a 100 metros de la entrada del metro Tobalaba, a 2 cuadras del costanera center, acceso a todo Santiago a pocos pasos, la atención también fue buenísima, 100% recomendado

Nice hotel, staff, rooms.
This was a lovely hotel with nice staff. The price was exceptional for the quality of everything , from service, facilities and rooms to location and breakfast. Only a very small suggestion. Could there be a bar open from midday through to late evening and possibly a kettle in the room.
