Left to shiver with no place to stay

I booked this apartment around 2 weeks before we were due to stay & i received at least 2 emails confirming my booking. When we arrived late at night & freezing cold, with our 3 small children, the reception told us we had no booking & phoned the owner who evidently had double booked- leaving our family completely stranded!

Great location, loved the pool. It was a bit difficult to coordinate payment because it couldn’t be done at the front desk, you had to speak with the manager.

Hermoso departamento con linda vista a la ciudad, muy buena ubicación a pasos del metro y de numerosos restaurantes. El anfitrión muy simpático y amable. Recomiendo el departamento especialmente a familias o pasajeros solos ya que está totalmente equipado!!!

Lo recomiendo 100%!!!

Reservamos a última hora del día, llegando casi a media noche al departamento. Para nuestra sorpresa nos estaba esperando el dueño, muy amable y atento dándonos información de Santiago y sus atractivos. El departamento muy bonito y cómodo, completamente equipado, ubicado frente a hermosos parques. Seguro que volveremos!!!!

Muy mal, el departamento no corresponde a lo que ofrecen en su página, se nos cobró más de lo anunciado (417.69 en vez de 351 USD) ya que no somos chilenas y lo habíamos avisado, el baño está en malas condiciones, casi en ruinas, la persona que nos recibió inventó un cuento chino para obligarnos a pagar en efectivo, cosa que no aceptamos ya que nos dimos cuenta de que es su costumbre, pues al encontrarnos con todo esto verificamos nuevamente en su página, qué ofrecían y las condiciones de pago de esta propiedad, y para mí sorpresa encontré un comentario de que los habían obligado a pagar en efectivo y no se avisaba en la página, Hoteles.com debe estar alerta del engaño que está propiedad supone para sus clientes ya que los desprestigia, he viajado por todo el mundo quedándome en todo tipo de propiedades a través de Hoteles.com y nunca me había encontrado con una situación semejante, es inadmisible

Buena ubicación

Las suites cómodas, tuvimos inconvenientes a la llegada por averías del edificio y nos llevaron a otro hotel, mi pago lo realice con la tarjeta pero no me lo hicieron valido, tuve que pagar directamente en efectivo y supuestamente ya hoteles.com había hecho una pre aprobacion, son detalles que igual incomodan pero en lo demás todo bien.

Fue un desastre. Al llegar me dijeron q no tenian habitación disponible siendo q la reserva había sido confirmada. No me dieron ningún resarcimiento. Simplemente me consiguieron otro hotel de menor categoría en un segundo piso x escalera, siendo que viajaba con un bebe de un año. No lo recomiendo para nada. Me reconoció que sobre venden las fechas, pero nunca fue claro con lo que pasó con mi reserva. Vergonzozo.

Very Pleasantly surprised

The value was the best. Much cheaper than the surrounding area and great quality. Friendly and helpful service. Good walking area, and spacious room. WIFI was the best because you aren't sharing it with anyone else. Just make sure you call ahead of time to arrange getting the key.

Nice area, easy to reach the main touristic places

Good place, good location, but I need to mention 2 negative points: 1st: the IVA (government tax) wasn't detailed that I should pay, so the cost was increased in 19% of total cost that I imagined; 2nd: Terrible cigarret smell. Terrible!!! For me and my girlfriend this was the worst point in our experience in this place.

CUIDADO! EL PRECIO NO ES EL QUE INDICA LA PAGINA!

PAGAMOS UN PRECIO MUCHO MAYOR AL QUE NOS INDICABA LA RESERVA ( 220 DOLARES APROX POR DOS NOCHES). LA COCHERA NO ESTA INCLUIDA, DEBE ABONARSE APARTE. ES UN DEPARTAMENTO EN UN EDIFICIO CON CONSERJES POCO AMISTOSOS. TUVIMOS QUE ESPERAR AL DUEÑO PARA RECIBIR LLAVES. EL DPTO ES LINDO PERO ESTABA CONGELADO, LO CUAL FUE TREMENDO YA QUE IBAMOS CON DOS NIÑAS PEQUEÑAS Y SOLO NOS ENTREGARON UNA ESTUFA ELECTRICA (PEDIMOS UNA ADICIONAL PERO NO LA RECIBIMOS). LA ZONA ES TRANQUILA. NO VOLVERÍA

!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I have ever seen!! I NEVER RECOMMEND to stay here. When I arrived to the building, the reception did not know anything about my stay. So I had to call the number on the web page several times to bring someone to come. (I waited about 30 minutes in the reception.) Then, the "owner" of the room finally showed up without apologizing. He showed me a room, however demanded the payment NOW in CASH ONLY. As I did not have any cash in my hand, I requested him to come back later so that I can prepare cash. However, he strongly demanded that CASH MUST BE PAID NOW, and he did not give me a key of the room! (I was constrained in the room. I felt frightened !!) In the confirmation of reservation, it does not say that the payment must be made when we check in, however, he just repeated saying that CASH MUST BE PAID NOW, otherwise, NO KEY of the room. I had to cancel my city tour because of his strong PUSH for CASH. (He never accepted credit card...) It seemed that he LOVED CASH, and as I did not have cash (I could not even go to ATM because he constrained me in the room) He finally KICKED ME OUT OF THE ROOM!!! So I had to look for another hotel from the beginning and ruined my travel. Again, I NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel to ANYONE!! このホテルは本当に最悪です。チェックイン時に現金支払いを要求され、払わないと鍵を渡さないと主張、部屋に監禁され、強い恐怖を感じました。更にこちらが支払いができないことに対して苛立ちはじめ、こちらの態度が悪いと言い始め、部屋を追い出されました。その他、上記に書いた通り受付時にも問題あり、決してお勧めしません。最終的に別のホテルを予約、時間を無駄にしました。本当に宿泊しないほうがいいです。

Decepção

A experiência teve mais pontos negativos do que positivos. Apesar da boa localização e da acomodação ter bons equipamentos, o valor contratado e previsto pelo site não se confirmou. Foi cobrado um valor acima do valor da reserva e não foi aceito cartão para pagamento. Conforme informação do responsável, o valor a mais referia-se a uma taxa (que segundo informações da Hoteis.com deveria ser paga apenas por turistas que estivessem a mais de 60 dias no Chile). Além disso, o recibo não deixava claro o valor da taxa e só foi enviado após muita insistência, via whatsapp. Apesar da estadia ter acontecido em dias muito frios e mesmo com a solicitação da calefação, o responsável não resolveu esse problema, disponibilizando apenas um aquecedor, insuficiente para quatro pessoas em dois ambientes.

Great location, nice condo with view

This condo is perfect for two people and maybe a child. It's clean, modern and has the kitchen basics. Vasily the property manager is easy to reach on WhatsApp if you need anything.

Confortável e bem localizado

Gostamos muito de nossa estadia no apartamento. A localização é excelente, dá pra ir andando ao Patio Bellavista e arredores, e o apartamento é confortável, moderno e limpo. Recomendo.

Lo primero que quiero decir es que no es un hotel, ni un apart hotel. Es un departamento. Y esa diferencia es muy importante ya que no tenes incluido el servicio de limpieza y mucama diario. El departamento es muy recomendable para dos personas o a lo sumo tres. Para cuatro no es cómodo ya que dos personas deben dormir juntas en un sofá cama bastante incomodo. Tampoco hay sillas para sentarse. Hay solo dos!!!! La Cocina está bien equipada. El baño es muy bueno y la ropa blanca tambien

Muy conveniente

El apartamento estaba impecable, completamente equipado y muy bonito. Se encuentra ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, bonita para caminar y muy cerca del metro y paradas de bus. Nos quedamos dos noches y definitivamente nos volveremos a quedar ahí cuando regresemos a Santiago.

Excelente opção no baixo da Providência

Estivemos hospedados eu, minha esposa e uma filha. O apartamento é moderno, com uma excelente varanda com vista para a Cordilheira e para a Costaneira Center. É um apart-hotel com porteiro 24 horas, mas não há serviço de quarto. A localização é muito boa, próximo a estação de metrô, ponto de ônibus, restaurantes, etc. Excelente relação custo x benefício.
