Lindo lugar , rico desayuno , La gente que atiende un 7. Solo que la aplicación donde solicite la reserva me confirmo que estaba ok pero no habían habitaciones. Pero ellos muy amables nos dirigieron a otro hotel.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. The staff were really nice. The room was small, but comfortable. The only problem I had was that my room was next to the laundry, so I could hear the washing machine going all day. Nice included breakfast and good wi-fi.

Great location. Room for improvement.

Service was generally good. Most of the counter staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great as it is near a subway station. Wifi works well. Room for improvement: some breakfast appliances like toaster was not working. The bed we had felt unstable. The toilet seat cover does not stay open when you need it to so the cover is leaning on your back as you are using the toilet. The soap for our second night stay was not replaced. Not all of the electricity outlets in the room were working.

Pésimo. Me cambiaron al Hotel Tremo de Recoleta porque hubo un problema con mi pieza y me hicieron el cobro de un impuesto que según yo ya me cobraron

Escelente ubicación, cercano a lugares de interes.

En general bien, cerca de los lugares de interés en Santiago, solo que ya esta un poco viejo y el desayuno es muy sencillo.

É um hotel velho que foi mal reformado. Manutenção péssima, acústica ruim, toalhas e lençóis manchados e péssimo café da manhã. Só vale pela localização.

Hotel pequeno, porém bonito e confortável

O Hotel está muito bem localizado e é muito bonito. Os quartos são pequenos porém confortáveis. O banheiro também é confortável porém pouco funcional, apesar do chuveiro ser muito bom, as cortinas plásticas ficam grudando no corpo durante o banho, e se colocamos elas para fora, imunda totalmente o banheiro. Seria muito util se o Hotel investisse em um box de vidro. Esse foi o único inconveniente, de resto o Hotel é bem agradável e tem um terraço com uma vista incrível da cidade.

Cheap place for overnight stay

We needed a place to stay overnight until our flight the next night to Punta Arenas. We were looking for some place cheaper, and a well-known travel book mentioned this place. This served fine, but I probably wouldn't stay longer than one night. The room and bathroom was small, and it was a bit run-down. The free breakfast was nothing special, but it was free. The lady who was there when we checked out spoke good English and helped us get a taxi to the airport.

Tivemos o inconveniente de ao chegarmos ao hotel, por problemas de infiltração, trocaram-nos de hotel, da mesma rede, o Hotel Boutique Tremo Bella Vista e este o quarto era muito pequeno, mal cabia uma mala, café da manhã fraco, bom atendimento dos funcionários e bom local, tem um supermercado bem em frente

O hotel tem cheiro de mofo, o quarto é minúsculo, não tem como colocar malas, o atendeminento do recepcionista péssimo, ao ponto de não querer chamar táxi p/nos levar ao aeroporto, só o fez depois de insistirmos. O único ponto favorável é a localização.

Reservei o hotel tremo Bustamante, 2 noites para 1 pessoa, 4 noites para 3 e mais 2 noites para 2. Me informaram no check in que os qtos eram mto pequenos então não acomodaria bem minha família, sendo melhor ir para outra filial: Belas Artes. Quarto grande, box minúsculo, mal conseguia me mexer, cama quebrada. Troquei de qto. Cheiro ruim. Box mediano. Não repuseram papel higiênico, a noite, fui buscar no banheiro público do hotel. No dia seguinte, mais uma vez a camareira não repôs. Fui pedir. Resposta: não tem papel. Vou pegar em outro qto. Me disse: esse é o único. Café da manhã horrível: só pão de forma, bolo, só de pacote (pronto) seco... suco de pó. Só manteiga e geleia ruins. Leite frio. Um microondas q não esquentava. Sempre faltava prato, ou colher, ou pires e eu tinha q pedir reposicao. Enfim, total descontentamento com esse hotel. A única coisa boa era atendentes simpáticos.

Precisa melhorar muito!

A localização do hotel é ótima, perto do metrô e de restaurantes, mas o serviço é péssimo para o preço que pagamos. O café da manhã é ruim, a funcionária da copa é muito mal educada e atende mal as pessoas e o quarto estava com problemas na descarga. Com uma amiga nossa cometeram um erro na reserva. Não se preocupam em atender bem aos clientes.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, próxima ao metrô, restaurantes e vias principais. O hotel tem a estrutura antiga, assim como o mobiliario. O banheiro é antigo,mas funciona bem. O café da manhã é muito simples e com horario inoportuno para quem faz os passeios (de 8h às 10h), normalmente os passeios começam às 7h. Os serviços de limpeza também precisam melhorar.

Jamais me hospedaria novamente neste hotel. Quarto horroroso, banheiro PÉSSIMO, café da manhã fraco, faltou água quente um dia e no meu retorno acerca descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava!!! Se diz hotel boutique, o que não é uma c realidade. Precisa de uma reforma geral.
