Fint sted til bare at sove, men tingene var ikke rene og der var intet i skabene som var særlig brugbare. Pool ikke gjort rent og lidt ulækkert i krogende

Do not book here

Wow. What a mistake to book here. The female hostess (Tatiana) was rude, hostile & threatening on our arrival which affected our whole trip & made myself & my friend feel uneasy during our 3 night stay. I took every measure I could to communicate our late arrival due to flight times. When we did arrive, she was very angry blaming us for on communication. I explained I had used Expedia to communicate, she dismissed and said she never receives messages from them. When my friend challenged her, she told us both to be quiet or she would ask us to leave. I was completely taken aback by this incredible behaviour, it’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Etwas anderes Erwartet

Es gibt da keine Rezeprtion und kein Frühstück, wie eigentlcih beschrieben. Es wird nicht geputzt und man muss sich sogar Klopapier selbst kaufen :D sonst ein großes Apartment, zwar nicht ganz Zeitgemäß, aber es geht. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber. Ideal für selbstversorger, die eh nicht so oft im Apartment sind.

prijs - kwaliteit zeer goed!!

hadden dit geboekt met 4 volwassenen voor één nacht , kregen groter appartement met 2 slaapkamers er is geen receptie , je moet iemand opbellen en die komt dan af met de sleutel en de papieren alles was netjes op het appartement , geen lift in het gebouw!!

Il mare non è accessibile come spiaggia

Cala figuera non è una spiaggia ma il nome, è praticamente un porto,non c'è reception,nessuno ti pulisce,cambio asciugamani a pagamento e devi chiamare un numero spagnolo ma non risponde mai nessuno, hotel sconsigliatissimo,degrado,è mancata acqua,e poi X altri 4 giorni solo acqua fredda ..........

Ubicación perfecta para ver las mejores calas

Ubicación estupenda para ver las mejores calas de Mallorca, (con coche). Apartamento grande, muy completo, limpio y con piscina. Si vuelvo a Mallorca repito sitio, ya que si buscas playa, turismo tranquilo y comodidad junto con un precio buenísimo, ese es el sitio. Apartaments Mar y Sol de 10. Hay hasta un minimarket a 10 metros. Te levantas temprano t haces tus táper y a recoger la isla.

Nur sehr stark eingeschränkter Meerblick

Check in unnötig kompliziert mit spanischer Rufnummer, Schlüsselübergabe letztlich 50 Meter neben der Anlage in einem Restaurant. In der Anlage war an einem Tag ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das ganze Haus macht einen vernachlässigten, verlassenenen Eindruck. Offensichtlich wird seit dem Neubau anderer Appartments vor der Anlage hier nur noch das notdürftigste erledigt. Alle Zimmer sind von dem muffigen Geruch von altem Holz betroffen. Matrazen im Schlafzimmer alt und unbenutzbar, eine gut brauchbare Matratze im Wohnzimmer als Zustellbett.

Alojamiento muy recomendable.

Faltan detalles como las cortinas gruesas en el dormitorio. Contraté con desayuno y NO HUBO DESAYUNO Porque el bar queda cerrado en invierno. No es culpa del establecimiento... ¿Quién me devuelve los 20 euros pagados por ello?

Altes Hostel

An 6 von 14 Tagen kein heißes Wasser, kein Handtuch wechsel, kein Toilettenpapier, kein Service am Gast. Der nette junge Mann der uns Empfangen hat war nach 5 Tagen spurlos verschwunden. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner mehr. Das Cafe welches als provisorische Rezeption an einem Eßtisch diente war geschlossen, alle Stühle hochgestellt niemand ließ sich mehr blicken. Die Gäste im Haus waren auf sich gestellt. Als am 10 Tag unser Wasserkasten kaputt ging mußten wir uns selber helfen. So behandelt man keine Gäste. Diese Hostel kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Camping mar y sol

En arrivant surprise! La réception (par ailleurs constamment fermée) nous laisse une demi heure en attente pour percevoir les clés sans autre explication. Appartement vide (pas d'eau en bouteille, un seul demi rouleau de PQ, deux lits simples à la place du lit double réservé, matelas mousse complètement foutus et pas d'eau chaude au robinet de toute la semaine...)et nombre de reproches encore! Bref, lieu idéal pour camper sans se trimballer sa tente et pour le dépaysement il faut aimer être entouré d'allemands et savoir le parler (langue officielle nº1 sur l'île!)

Hotel top, aber die Leitung flop !!!

Im Prinzip ist es ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel für kleines Geld. Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet, gräumig, schöner Balkon, klarer TV-Empfang, teils Blick aufs Meer. Eigentlich 4-5 Sterne wert, aber nun kommen leider 3 Sterne Abzug. Die Rezeption ist nie besetzt, ein verwaister Raum, bei Anreise stand ich vor verschlossenen Pforten. Als eine Nachbarin mich sah kontaktierte sie den Hotelier per Handy, der dann nach einer Weile kam. Von Ankunft bis Schlüssel knapp 2 Stunden, so ging es auch anderen Gästen. Wenn eine Rezeption nicht dauerhaft besetzt ist hinterlässt man zumindest einen Zettel an der Tür mit Hinweis auf Zimmer und Schlüssel. Die am Hotel angegebene Tel.-Nr. ist nur eine Bandansage. Ich war 4 Nächte dort, wovon es nur 1 x warmes Wasser gab, 3 x eiskalt geduscht. Aber wenn niemand präsent ist, kann das auch nicht geändert werden. Und die Matratzen von Sofa und Bett sind nicht gut, wohl neu aber das Billigste auf dem Markt. Noch zu erwähnen wäre, dass sowohl bei Buchung als auch am Hotel Frühstück gegen Aufpreis angeboten wird. Aber wie erwähnt, da war nie jemand. Ansonsten wäre das Hotel/Hostal top, aber die fehlende Präsenz eines Mitarbeiters, das kalte Wasser und die schlechten Matratzen ergeben 3 Sterne Abzug. Noch kurz zu erwähnen sei, dass wenige Bilder auf der Buchungsseite nicht vom Hotel sind sondern von dem nahe gelegenen Restaurant Pura Vida. Das verfälscht etwas das Bild.

Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite war sehr laut, vor allem bellten die ganze Nacht Hunde (direkt gegenüber), Frühstück ab 8:00 Uhr wäre wahrgenommen worden (ab 9:00 Uhr war es für uns zu spät)

Dåligt städat vid pool och i pool, inte tömt papperskorgar, skräpigt och dålig ordning, kokplattor fungerar dåligt lång tid för att bli varm och en platta som inte fungerade. Kan inte rekomendera detta lägenhetshotell.

Relación calidad-precio es adecuado

La habitación estaba muy limpia, pero faltaba bastantes utensilios de cocina. LA relación calidad-precio era buena, pero en 6 días no apareció nadie de la limpieza a cambiar toallas, sabanas, etc.

Mucha tranquilidada

Lugar muy tranquilo, apartamento muy baratoby sencillo , con lo mínimo imprescindible. Santanyí un antiguo puerto pescadores muy agradable y con encanto Personal nefasto.no hacen ningun mantenimiento, ninguna atención, ninguna información, horarios mínimos y desconocidos...

Zona muy tranquila

Zona muy tranquila, zona fácil de aparcar, no está muy cerca de la playa, es necessario alquilar coche para poder llegar cómodamente ya que queda un poco apartado en la zona de Cala figuera. Cerca del apartamento hay 2 supermercados pequeños y algunos restaurantes
