Perfect stay

Great hotel and lovely staff. Really comfortable and with lots of space. Only 5 minutes from the beach and really easy to get to town.

Sucio , mi esposa realizó el reclamo a la llegada, lo único que solicité fue de inicio que me presenté a la primera noche y que no me había gustado el Hotel por lo que solicitaba que la segunda noche no la consideraran. La actitud del personal fue que por política no podían ya cambiarlo… Dentro de todo agradezco que no hayan considerado la segunda noche. Me hospedé en otro hotel a mejor precio y excelente .

Excellent value for money. Very clean, beds very comfortable, rooms spacious and staff very helpful and friendly, especially Monica who looked up information for us which was really useful for what we were looking for. We ended up parking at the hotel as parking was at a premium around about the hotel area and at least it was in a secure, lit up area underground, which could only be accessed by hotel residents who had booked parking and residents of the building

Desde el momento que llegas el trato es amable , una amplia habitación con cómoda cama , con su cocina por si deseas cocinar y sala para poder ver la televisión, baño con toallas y ducha caliente, a 15 minutos o menos de la playa caminando sin duda una buena elección

Nuestra habitación tenia poca luz y olia un poco a tubería cuando llegamos. La localización es buena, se aparca bien en los alrededores y el personal es muy agradable. No hay desayuno, pero abajo hay un restaurant que tiene buenos desayunos.

Het is een eenvoudig net hotel met een heel vriendelijke receptie en een verrassend grote kaner. De parkerrplaats was evenwel niet gratis.

Look for another hotel.

We did not stay. When we arrived to the hotel, we found out that there was no air conditioner. There was also something deceiving in its pictures in internet. There is a photo where it gives the impression of being a building, a whole building, but actually it is only the secondo floor. Without any hesitation, I don't recommend it. We did not get any refund for the advance payment. The should say that there is no air conditioner.

Cumplía con nuestras expectativas y necesidades.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien situado, cerca de la playa y con una parada de autobus delante. Sus instalaciones están muy limpias y nuevas. El personal tuvo un trato excelente con mi familia, me surgio un problema y lo solucionaron rapidamente.

Mal olor y calor

La habitación que nos tocó, la 108, es espaciosa y lo primero que sorprende es el calor que hace en ella. El suelo está caliente en un par de lugares, así que tuvimos que dormir a primeros de octubre!! con la pequeña ventana abierta. Y ahí está lo peor: el olor insufrible a fritanga que sube del bar de abajo. No quiero ni imaginarme estar ahí en verano, pues no hay aire acondicionado...

un buon hostal

Siamo stati una settimana in questo Hostal (agosto) e non ci siamo trovati mal. Gli unici problemi sono stati la mancanza di aria condizionata (non prevista) compensata da un ventilatore datoci dalla direzione e la posizione (per arrivare in centro bisogna attraversare un tunnel di 800 mt dove passano le macchine)

Hostal con buena relación precio calidad

Este hostal, esta ubicado en la zona del sardinero a 3 cuadras de la playa y a 2 cuadras del centro de convenciones, es un edificio de departamentos donde la planta baja y el primer piso corresponden al hostal . La relación precio calidad es muy buena. La habitación tiene una decoración moderna muy agradable, la unica critica es que la ventana era algo pequeña por lo que era poco iluminada. En la entrada hay un bar donde se puede desayunar, almorzar o cenar, es muy bueno y económico. Si uno desea alojarse en esa zona de Santander, donde los hoteles en general son mas caros, y no desea gastar mucho dinero, este hostal es una muy buena opción. Volveria

Clean, comfortable, not far from the beach

We were offered a room upgrade andwere very pleased overall with our accommodations. The paid parking is secure, but it is tricky getting in and out (you need to check in first, and then park the car, and there's no good "temporary" parking to make all this happen). Otherwise, a great stay. Helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms. Don't let the "hostal" in the name scare you off.

Un hotel excelente. Reservamos una habitación para tres personas, y ésta incluía una zona salón-cocina con sofá cama, una habitación amplia y baño. Sin ninguna objeción. Para repetir sin duda!
