「Hello. Very poor service. The reception staff was extremely unavailable. They only sent a message saying they would return at 3 pm, which never happened. The room was terribly maintained, including damage to the shower, water leaks, and mold on the walls. The kitchen equipment was very poor. My room was 316, and all the hotel's appliances and equipment were outside the window. Since there was no air conditioning, I had to choose between the noise and cooking. I do not recommend this place.」

Questo rende molto comodo esplorare Bilbao anche a piedi.」

「Very kind welcoming family running the place. Very family friendly, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily, the staff was super helpful. (Not great english, but they really make you feel comfortable and welcomed regardless of the language barrier). Food was delicious and there was a bar too! A little far from the city center of bilbao, but completely doable if you rent a car, or maybe figure out the train/metro and the parking was super convenient.
