「Check-in was confusing since no one at desk and no contact info provided. Others arriving later had same problem. Rooms all need good airing out to clear mouldy smell. Construction on back of property includes hole in shower wall on our room. Wifi was decent. 」

「Very disappointing experience. As two women traveling alone, arriving after dark to an unfamiliar town was stressful enough, but this hotel made the situation even worse. Communication was difficult because very few staff members, including management, spoke English, leaving us feeling unsupported and uncertain about our options. The hotel itself was not what we expected. The lobby appeared old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel....
