The hotel is well located, surrounded by bars/ restaurants (Bali Fusion Mediterranean Restaurant is a must) and close to the beach. The hotel offers access to a beautiful ‘solarium’ with tiny Jacuzzi and two swimming pools. There is a quite equipped gym, very clean an air conditioned w/ bathroom and shower. Out stay included the Breakfast, which was a classic international breakfast with quite wide selection. The staff super friendly and totally recommended

Nice hotel right on the main road, great for people watching, right in the middle, 10 - 15 minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the beach, plenty of shops around and a big carfour at the back, can be quite noisey in the night depending what sjde of the hotel you are on as they do have entertainment on each night outside which was very good, drink prices OK, food a bit repetitive if dining in, also typical of a lot of hotels in Spain, no kettles in the room, why, do like to have a nice cuppa on the balcony

Room service is okay, reception is good and the open buffet is great. However rooms are basically divided by a single wall and all of the balconies are next to each other. If you want to jump into your neighbor's balcony, you could easily do that because basically you live together.

Almost there just a few issues

Food was very repetitive and slow to be replenished, there was no local traditional Spanish food. Noise from bars opposite hotel was really loud and continued till 2.30am. Balcony door didn’t close properly and so didn’t dampen the sound.

We are so much disappointed from travigo as they put wrong information on there websites this hotel even not 1 start why they put 4 star as rooms are so dirty small and besd feels like you sleeping on ground staff not help ful at all if you request to change room or get some water they refused they saying go outside and get yourself and hotels always providing at least water for guest but not here i requested for refund they refused they said you have checked in you will not get refunded for remaining days but you can leave hotel earlier if wish absolutely joke will never recommend anyone

Pues el hotel por el precio que tiene el servicio de comedor muy ma, la comida nada buena , las comidas sin sabor, cuando se acaba algo de los postres que está bien ya no reponen, la limpieza muy mal, cuando entramos a la habitación con pelusa por el suelo y pelos de pestañas por el mueble que hay

Correct et pratique

Rien de fabuleux, sauf les soirées dansantes, animées vraiment attrayantes. Tout le reste est simplement correct. Les repas en buffet sont corrects : beaucoup de choix, donc on arrive à trouver ce qui convient à notre mode d'alimentation. Je suis déçue que ça se passe systématiquement en sous sol. Je me serais bien vue profiter de ces buffets à côté de la piscine. L'organisation est rigide sur les boissons. Pas d'eau sauf si vous la payez en supplément. Sauf qu'une fontaine existe, accessible uniquement pendant le petit-déjeuner. Et vous ne pouvez pas emporter votre bouteille (pourtant payée) Ça ressemble à une cantine de lycée (celle de mon internat était mieux que ça et j'étais dans l'enseignement public) Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont un peu petites. L'ascenseur est vraiment petit. Les chambres sont relativement spacieuses, avec une grande télévision. Que je n'ai pu utiliser qu'à partir du 4ème soir. J'ai signalé le dysfonctionnement après ma 1ère nuit. Vraiment pratique, vous êtes à 10 minutes à pieds de la Station Santa Suzanna (20 si vous ne marchez pas vite) Il y a une superette abordable sur le trottoir en face de l'accueil, au cas il vous manque des essentiels d'hygiène etc... Une jolie vitrine. Basique à l'arrière.

Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel très mauvaise insonorisation même au 5 eme étage vous entendez les gens brayer comme des veaux dans la rue la nuit Vos voisins de chambre aussi 7 jours sans réellement pouvoir dormir correctement aucune nuit tranquille Une nuit vers 3h du matin obligé de faire la police soi-même pour arriver a faire taire ce chaos Ils mélangent les cars d ados avec les touristes lambdas Ils vous vendent des photos de buffet qui n existent pas rien n est fait sur place seulement remis en température des plats livrés par camions Légumes pas cuits viandes secs par des remises en température trop élevé pour le folklore il y a une personne qui fait cuire des denrées sur une plaque ou réchauffer des pizzas enfin de compte rien de tous sa ne corresponds pas au photos du site 7 jours avec tous les jours les mêmes desserts et certains à vomir Nous avons eu aussi du riz en entrée aromatisée avec un reste de fromage blanc à la fraise le pompom en vous oblige a acheter une bouteille d eau de 50cl 1,90€ interdiction de prendre une carafe d eau du robinet ou de ramener sa bouteille d’eau Salle de restaurant en sous-sol avec un bruit de ruches à sourdisant Heureusement le personnel de l hôtel pas tous sont très agréable les embauchées le reste des stagiaires qui sont là pas obligation Vous faites des réclamations au responsable qui fait semblant de ne pas vous comprendre Hôtel à fuir absolument

Muy mala experiencia

Tenia muchas ganas de probar este hotel, pues 1 y no mas comida muy basica por no decir mala, muy mal insonorizado, no podimos dormir del ruido que habia por todo el hotel, como digo 1 y no mas

très Très bon hôtel, surtout le Service les gens ils sont accueillants et sympa et tout est à côté la plage et station stationnement facile de la voiture gratuitement en plus
