Jeg valgte hotellet efter, om der var pool. Det var der reklameret med, men det fandtes ikke pÄ hotellet. Personalet kunne intet engelsk, kun spansk, hvilket gjorde kommunikationen vanskelig.

A notre arrivée: déception , la réception nous dit qu'il n'avait pas reçu la modification de date qui avait pourtant été acceptée par Hotels.com et donc qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible avant le lendemain (nous avions réservé 3 nuits) . Dans un premier temps ils nous avait trouvé une chambre dans un hÎtel/camping horrible . et miracle ils ont fait beaucoup d'effort pour nous trouver la chambre que nous avions réservée: tout se termine bien. le personnel de l'HÎtel est trÚs dévoué et plein d'attention. Attention cependant, ils ne font pas tomber préventivement les noix de coco se trouvant au dessus des allées et une noix de 3 kg est tombée d'un trÚs haut cocotier à 20 cm devant nous !

This is no vacation resort!

This place is just no vacation place! The sea and the beach are great! Unfortunaly the staff makes no effort to mantain the beach and the hotel area clean of plastic, everywhere are coconuts and it seams if nobody would be responsable of the resort. The whole hotel is dirty, even the kitchen looks so. The fish you can eat, they just take it out of the freezer! It is just not a place you should offer on hotel.com! We were very, very disapointed!

Amazing quiet place and „Lady“ is the best cook ive met so far in Colombia. The food is a bit More expensive in comparison to other places in Colombia but it’s worth every peso! The staff is very friendly and helpful, beach and hammocks are perfect, even tough the waves are very strong... we stayed longer than first booked and it was the best decision ever. Thank you for this tranquilo days we had. Nos vemos :)

Excelente. Es un sitio paradisĂ­aco. La belleza natural de las playas en Palomino es Ășnica. Contrasta con la fauna y la selva del sector que son de una riqueza natural invaluable.
