POOR QUALITY HOTEL

Poor choice of hotel on my part. The entrance looks good and the pools are aok. The rooms however are in a state of disrepair so I definitely won't be going back there!!! NO HOT WATER EITHER!!!

Absolutely Livid With Hotels.Com

I booked via Hotels.com in the early hours of Christmas day. I reached there in late morning to be told that my booking shouldn't have been confirmed and that the confirmation email Hotels.com sent too me wasn't valid and that there was no room for me. I was hotel-less. I now have had to make a complaint to Hotels.com and now awaiting a response. Very angry.

Santa Marta inolvidable

Fueron unas vacaciones espectaculares y la comodidad y servicio del hotel sirvió mucho para descansar y recargar las energías que se necesitaban cada día de disfrute en esa hermosa y mágica ciudad que es Santa Marta.
