「The first thing I would like to establish is this has nothing to do with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. This is about charging a 110$ cad a night. One elevator for 10 floors is not ideal. During peak periods you can wait a spell so you end up taking the stairs. My room was on the 5th floor so 80 steps up and down.
