The staff was so nice and friendly. I found a gecko in my towel once i arrived, and the staff helped me get it out of the room easily with a broom. No injuries ☺️ 5 minute walk to the Center square where most of the walking tours meet up. Convenient and lots of restaurants around. Would stay again!

Conveniently located in the historic centre of Santa Marta. My room was clean and tidy and while not luxurious was very comfortable. There is a very nice sitting area on the top floor. Breakfast included a great coffee. A hairdryer in the room would be a great addition.

What a nice experience at this boutique hotel! The location is awesome (in Santa Marta Centro ).You can even take the blue bus from the airport for 2,500 COP & just get off before the end of the line, at the intersection with Calle 18.The hotel is just 10 m away from the main road , on the left. Totally secured, super clean , excellent service. Adriana was the one who checked me in,she is absolutely the best employee anyone can have. Super polite,humble,respectful and always smiling. Every time I had a question she was happy to help. Fast wifi,hot water,AC & very good quality cosmetics.No TV in the rooms. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Very quiet at night . The hotel is walking distance from all the restaurants ( just make left ) & the sea boardwalk . I felt very safe at night. The streets in the area are a little dirty, but the hotel is beautiful. Locals very helpful,from the bus driver,to the hotel and stores employees.There are 2 supermarkets across the street & everything you need is very affordable. Including cosmetics, mosquito spays & sunscreen. Pharmacy across the street too, to buy Dramamine if you take a boat tour to Tayona ( a must, waves are very high). 10 min walking to the Marina, for your tours. Maria was also very helpful,by calling my next hotel in Minca regarding transportation. Luca speaks perfect English & is very friendly.Ok breakfast. One suggestion: AC units should NOT be above beds! Highly recommend!

Everything about this place was amazing, it was a highlight of my trip! Wonderful staff in a beautifully designed stylish hotel. I loved the design and attention to detail within the rooms and as an Expedia member I was given a complimentary cocktail on arrival. The host and the server were so friendly and kind and when I had travel difficulties they gave me a complimentary coffee too. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely go back. It's a perfect place for female solo travellers. A must if you're travelling in Santa Marta or across Colombia.

The building is very quaint and beautiful inside, with rooms around a courtyard with a pool. They have a lovely rooftop seating area as well. The staff are very kind. We stayed three separate times while doing other travel around Santa Marta and they held our bags with no issues. The location is very convenient and walkable to the historic downtown; with that convenience you get noise - especially party noise on weekends from local rooftop bars pumping music. If you can use ear plugs or sleep through noise, this is a perfect choice to stay. If quiet is critical for you, you may want to pick a location further out of the Center.
