"No fridge in room, no Kleenex, not permitted to bring anything to pool or beach area unless purchased at hotel, beach not always swimmable, best waiter “Brian”, room clean, water bottles provided every day, ocean property with infinity pool, great location, lots of great restaurants onsite "

"The hotel is a great location, convenience store right across and a little plaza down the street with lots of food vendors at night. The food at the hotel and beach club were repetitive 🙁 wish there was more variety but unfortunately there wasn’t so we ended up eating out a lot which defeated the purpose of “all inclusive”… the hotel is a little outdated but it is very clean and staff is super nice. The place is quiet, and there’s a lot of older people which we didn’t mind but if you’re used to typical resorts, this one isn’t it. Which makes it unique and great. The beach is at walking distance which was convenient. "

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

"We had a great room the Junior Plus it has an awesome balcony. The room was large, great fridge/frezzer, walk in shower with lots of hot water. The upper pool was out place quiet great service and the view of the bay was unbleivable. "

"Beautiful property on the edge of the ocean- big surf and stunning! Not great for swimming or snorkeling but absolutely stunning. "

"The breakfast and pool were fantastic. The room was clean and nice. It was great to have a kitchen. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was poor, the beds were very firm, and we could not get WiFi in our room despite several attempts, which also meant the Roku tv did not work."
