NOT happy
New owners, breakfest was terrible, water was comming through the roof into the room, the room was dirty, no 24 hour reception, wellness did NOT work, internal problems between the staff and the owner.

Looking for quality and real hospitality?
Reads Balance is a beautifull hotel in a quiet environment. Recently re-opended but fully operational.
It is only 15km from Palma and 25 minutes drive from the airport.
We have enjoyed the room with a beatifull view on the property and the green surroundings. A large pool equiped with comfortable sunbeds and free towels.Our suite was cozy decorated with a large and comfortable bed. The breakfast is extensively and the restaurant serves high quality food and is beautifull situated near the pool. Especially when it gets dark and the lights around and in the pool illuminates the place.
During our stay, they were decorating the inside restaurant in african style.
But mostly, we enjoyed the hospitality of Jessica and her friendly staff. What you experience is a smiling, friendly and helpful team, showing pleasure in offering you the best available service.
And don't forget the spa, indoor pool and gym.....lovely and well equiped. We will certainly go back.

Fantastic stay!
Booked at very short notice to stay for 1 night...and we loved it! Amazing big old house, huge room and pool was great. The biggest surprise was the quality of the food - it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go back.

Sehr sehr enttäuschend. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, dass Hotel war fast ausgeräumt und nicht sauber. Keine Informationen vom Hotel. Baustelle vor Ort. Rührei zum Frühstück musste extra bezahlt werden. Das Personal waren teilweise Aushilfen oder Quereinsteiger, die absolut keine Ahnung hatten. Niemals 5 Sterne - eigentlich eine absolute Frechheit. Bei der Abreise wurde gesagt, dass wir ruhig die Unzufriedenheit beim nächsten Aufenthalt vorher sagen sollten, dann gibt es eventuell einen Rabatt. Für uns nicht, da wir dort nicht wieder hinfahren werden.
