no lo recomendaría

el hotel está mas lejos de lo esperado, las camas no son cómodas, el personal de recepción no es nada amable, el control de mi televisión no servia y me dijo que no podía hacer nada y que me parara a cambiarle desde el receptor, reservé habitaciones cuádruples y solo nos proporcionan 2 toallas creo por el tipo de reservación necesitaríamos mas de 2 toallas, el costo adicional por aire acondicionado es muy elevado, $300.00 por noche.

check in staff he was an older male is rude and we want to charge you for anything he can possibly think of booked through Expedia since I had points to use towards a hotel it was my spouse our 1 y/o son and they charged us extra for my son even though I put i had an Infant when i reserved also due to my son getting sick and having to leave an extra day early he refused to refund me my money back.

Hotel muy agradable y bien ubicado

La atención del personal es excelente así como la limpieza de las habitaciones y las instalaciones. Me pareció con muy buena ubicación con referencia a los sitios de interés. Al momento de reservar solo hay que prestar especial atención porque tú eliges habitación con aire acondicionado o solo ventilador, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente.

El personal es muy servicial y atento.

su alberca esta limpia todo el tiempo, es un excelente lugar tranquilo para ir en familia muy cerca de la ´playa. Esta limpio y acogedor la habitación. A buen precio . Te la pasas bien con la familia.

El servicio muy bueno en general, solo que no tiene habitaciones con clima y no hay internet , muy limpio y cómodo y no está lejos de playa zicatela, se puede descansar bien por la noche porque no hay ruidos molestos cerca y la administración es atenta y amable, volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí

Por el costo esperaba algo mejor

La ubicacion buena, mucha tranquilidad, en la primera habitación que me dieron no servia la regadera, nos cambiaron, en la otra no servia la televisión que era de cinescopio ni siquera era pantalla, las camas durisimas parecian tablas, las caras del personal siempre de malas aunque no se negaban a nada, la alberca esta bien aunque un poco pequeña pero es desagradable que el perro de los dueños se meta a tomar agua, limpieza de habitaciones muy bien, no hay estacionamiento y el carro se quedo afuera me lo rayaron, en general un 6 para este hotel, no regreso.

Cerca de la playa, pero no aceptan mascotas

Aunque la página muestra que es pet friendly, al momento del registro se rehusaron. Después de una plática lo aceptaron y no hubo más conflicto. El hotel no obsequia agua embotellada ni shampoo, no es big deal, pero normalmente es lo mínimo que otorga cualquier hotel. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Sin embargo su cercanía a la playa y a la zona turística de Zicatela lo hacen una opción a considerar.

Angry Manager and Mediocre Hotel

Our stay at the Hotel Kootznoowoo was extremely unpleasant. The owner of the hotel is rude and completely inappropriate. The air conditioning was broken, the room was infested with bugs, the wifi did not work in our room, the power went out frequently and the beds and towels were very old and had stains on them. I do not recommend this hotel.

No towels for the pool or beach.

The hotel is an old building, showers are bad, not enough toilet paper and when we requested more we didn’t get any. The owner and manager was rude and and not polite at all. After we check out we were just taking our luggage out and he told us to leave the premises as soon as possible. We traveled with two minors and he said that the girls laughs and voices really bothered him, also he said that he was ready to strangle them.
