"Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room was great—clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach in front of the hotel is not the best for swimming, as the ocean can be a bit rough. Additionally, the internet coverage in our room was not very strong, so maintaining a stable connection was sometimes difficult. Aside from those minor details, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service."

"This place is amazing!!! Right in front of the beach and on the Punta strip. My friend and I had such a great experience staying here and enjoying all the amenities. The sunsets were incredible on the rooftop or on the beach. It made it so much more special to have such kind people working there. Made us feel very welcomed during out whole stay and so happy that we chose this place. The location is also perfect because your surrounded by great food and drinks spots! The only thing I can advise for improvement is to come up with a better way to communicate with guests if theres any outages such as water. On our last day at this resort, the water stopped working for a few hours and it happen to occur at a very inconvienent time. I understand we are on the beach and these things happen but it should of been communicated somehow. "

"Great decor and design. Great vibe from the staff and super helpful. The gym on the rooftop is great, the food options are delicious, but wished the included breakfast would include some eggs or some type of protein. Good location, but you will have to walk a bit in the heat to get to other restaurants or the beach. Workspace was great, just wished the WiFi would work better in the rooms since sometimes it was too hot to work outside. It was nice that they provided mosquito repellent for everyone-you'll need it. The pool is cold and refreshing. Great stay!"

"We had minor issue with the neighbourhood dogs in that they were quite yappy. Nothing really the hotel could do about that but better than sirens. "
