Nice hotel at the beachfront side. Not central but close to the touristic centre of Can Picafort. Pool area was nice but quantity of sunbeds not that much. Every morning at 9am there was the run to get a free sunbed.

Lack of service in the Reception

The staff in the reception doesn’t help us with the taxi back to the airport. We ordered it in a specific time (18:30, 1st of July) and the taxi driver doesn’t show up. Then the staff just ignored us and not giving any help at all. We arrange a new taxi by ourselves and just in time for the fly back home.

1. Zimmer im UG im Nebengebäude war alt, schimmlig und schmutzig. 2. Zimmer im 1. Stock war Ok. Anlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber wohl im Winter renoviert.Zugang zum Strand toll, Essen Ok.

Schöne Lage Apartments sind schöner als einfache Doppelzimmer wir hatten auch ein schönes. Es gibt wohl große Unterschiede.

Mesta är BRA utom maten

Plus Poolerna, läget precis vid underbar strand, AC på kids club, bra Ac på rummet, underbar utsikt, gångavstånd till Can Picafort och till otroligt vacker motionsslinga. Bra minimarket vid poolen. Bra lunchrestaurang vid poolen för enkel lunch. Minus Maten till frukost och middag, hoppa över det. Matsalen har otrolig hög ljudnivå som gör att man vill kasta i sig maten och dra.

Wir empfanden den Preis trotz Hochsaison unangemessen hoch. Die Lage ist schön, Blick auf die Bucht, kurzer Weg zum sehr schönen Strand, zum Naturschutzgebiet und zum Supermarkt. Die Zimmer sind karg eingerichtet, kaum Platz Anziehsachen unterzubringen, sehr alter Tresor mit Schlüssel nur gegen Gebühr, an der Balkonbrüstung blätterte die Lackierung unschön ab. Je nach Lage der Zimmer ist es sehr laut, bis 23 Uhr spielt laute Musik oder Programm an der Aussenbühne, die Balkontüren halten den Lärm kaum ab. Ab 7.30 hört man das Räumen der Reinigungskräfte aus anderen Zimmern. Das Bett war OK, die Ausklappcouch jedoch eine absolute Zumutung. Harter Metallrost mit dünner Matratze, eine echte Qual. Der Speisesaal war immer sehr voll, ständig waren Standardgerichte wie Spiegelei alle, so dass man viel Zeit mit Warten verbrachte. Essen insgesamt nicht schlecht von der Qualität, aber wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Pools sind sehr schön und waren trotz Hochsaison nie zu voll - Liegen jedoch größtenteils um Punkt 9 Uhr "reserviert".

El alojamiento es estupendo para pasar vacaciones en familia, te puedes quedar allí mismo ya que hay todo tipo de actividades o bien ir a la playa que está frente al hotel. El personal encantador y el desayuno estupendo.

Grande structure en bord de plage

L'hotêl est situé en bordure de plage, avec peu d'activités (hors plage) à proximité. Les animations musicales du soir s'entendent dans tout l'hotel et il est difficile de dormir avant que celles-ci ne soient terminées. La grande majorité des touristes présents sont allemands, et l'hotel s'est adapté : le personnel parle allemand, la nourriture proposée est allemande, et les chansons qu'on entend le soir sont en allemand... dommage, je pensais pouvoir passer quelques jours en Espagne !

Vi hadde en stor leilighet med to soverom og to bad. Dette var perfekt når man reiser med ungdom. Bygget med seks store leiligheter lå litt for seg selv med et eget lite basseng. Her var det alltid solstoler tilgjengelig. Noe som kan være vanskelig å få ved det store bassenget. Det var endel trafikkstøy på soverommet som vendte ut mot en rundkjøring. Kort vei til det meste fra hotellet.
