"Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. I loved everything about it. Very conveniently located to everything. Very Walkable to all major restaurants cafes and landmarks. The only thing I would suggest is a coffee machine in the rooms for those who love there coffee early in the morning like me. "

"The location is wonderful, everything is very clean and beautiful. The restaurant is fabulous, and the staff was all very kind and friendly. The only downside was the "tech" part. The first day the heating didn't work, the wifi was poor in the ground floor rooms and to get the password we always had to run to reception, the safe didn't have batteries the first day and the second some electrical contact always made it activate so at night we had to open it and remove the batteries because it didn't let us sleep... Surely they must give these things need to be fixed, but otherwise they deserve the 5 stars we decided to give them anyway. "

"This is the first place that actually placed attention to details. The window can be opened without issues, room is spacious, there is heating and also air-conditioning. The furniture, doors, windows, are all made with craftsmanship. This is not usual for this price range in San Cristóbal. The area is perfect, right around the block from the andador de Guadalupe. This is the only hotel I've ever seen in san Cristóbal, with an underground spacious parking lot, and elevator. I will stay here again for sure. Water pressure in shower is good, and it doesn't smell like sewage or humidity, like so many others. "
