「This hotel is a real gem. Old school friendly service from every member of staff. Special mention to Rueben for top notch hospitality and making us feel welcome and comfortable.
The hotel has a relaxed, premium atmosphere with fantastic breakfasts, slightly different each day. The restaurant is spectacular and you’d be hard pressed to find food this good for the same price in Santa Eulàlia.
If you want a relaxing luxury base for your holiday, this hotel is just perfect.」

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of
the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」
