「I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Great location in the center of town. If I’m ever in Longrono again I will definitely stay here. if you’re driving, make sure to put in the correct street address as Google maps was not accurate with the location. 」

「櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,」

「A localização do hotel é maravilhosa tanto quanto da cidade perto das melhores vinícolas. A decoracao muito bonita e diferente seguindo a decoracao de época. Os quartos amplos mas achei muita sujeira enbaixo da cama ao procutar meu brinco que caiu nao condiz com o hotel e o preço da diária. O cafe da manhã espeva mais também poucas opções, nem cereais para comer com o iogurte tinha mas nao comprometeu monha estadia no local. Os funcionários extremamente atenciosos e disponíveis. 」
