Bed being on metal bed frames was strange, bed itself wasn’t the best quality. Location was perfect and the room worked for exactly what we needed. Owner was very kind and helpful. Rooms looked like they were recently updated, bathroom was great. Mainly just the bed situation and the floor needs a good mopping.

It was loud all night!! the people upstairs were stomping around and just terrible! Don’t expect to sleep. The people around the area are super loud. I guess that’s what I get for being right across from the boardwalk.

Great location for walking to Boardwalk and the pier. Room was clean, but quirky… bed made noise, small TV, no lamps or dim lights, broken toilet roll holder.

Very close to the boardwalk. There are no coffee makers in the rooms. The hotel manager was very nice and helpful, he was a good host.

We checked in around 8pm after our day at the boardwalk, there was no parking due to the owner parking his Tesla in 2 spaces claiming it was to hold the space for a cop. Told me to park in disabled parking and would call my room if I needed to move it. Luckily a space opened up an hour later and I moved my car so I wouldn’t get a call in the middle of the night or a $250 fine. The rooms were cramped with 2 queen beds, barely any room to walk around the room especially to the bathroom. Then the shower had a noticeable leak in the bottom door frame, potential to build mold if it didn’t already. The bathroom remodel was also unfinished. As well as the paint chipping all over the room. The pillows were completely flat, might as well put your head on the mattress. There was a questionable stain on the sheets. And no, the cop never showed up for the parking space. Overall wouldn’t stay here again. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

The owner was very rude. We asked for towels since we stayed two days at this property. We had to give them back our dirty towels to get new clean towels. We had two cars to park because my husband met us there after work. The owner came up to the car and told my husband listen to me I don’t listen to you and he instructed him to park in a certain spot even though they were not sold out of rooms. There was plenty of parking space available. The owner asked his employee to see how many people we had in our room. There were two adults and two children. Get some training in customer service.

Fantastic location, limited parking make sure you come early. Cleanliness is not top priority. Looks like a man cleans the rooms for sure! Would have been nice to have two towels. Would have been nice to have a lamp or table in the room. My ice bags stuck to the inside of the tiny freezer!! Which made a popping noise all night that made me feel like I was right at home canning again!! No screen which was unfortunate. Potato chips all over the floor I think. No coffee for you..... however there is a wonderful restaurant around the corner! Conveniently located across from the bowling alley bars restaurants and near the pier! Bring your own blankets and pillows this is a cheap stay but worth the location

The bedframes were extremely loud and the room keys are faulty. Faulty room keys meant we were locked outside of our room with our car keys and the rest of our property inside when we returned at 2am. Management was unreachable until 9am and only after banging on the private residence door to where the owner lives. We recieved no apology much less any attempts to rectify me not getting the service I paid well over 200 for. Location not worth the hassle.
