"We recently stayed for 2 nights at Baos. The day club area the staff and the vibe were great. Huge shout out to alberto!
This review is for the hotel and the service. We came down for breakfast. The guy taking our order didn’t write any of it down- it was 3 of us. They forgot my mom’s chilaquiles, an order of fruit and a milkshake. There was a family next to us who got their full order- I proceeded to cancel our items. The excuse was “the cook stepped out”. Will not be returning.

"La espera al llegar a check un tanto incomoda. La propiedad es buena pero ya presenta deterioro en cosas como: puertas, cancel de baño, y muebles sanitarios. Aunque la alberca es limpia tal vez por la temporada invernal no pudimos hacer uso de la misma por no contar con agua caliente"
