The hotel is spectacular—very clean, with a beautiful pool. The restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced, and the buffet breakfast is very complete with a great variety of options.

A equipe de funcionários é super atenciosa, prestativa e educada. O hotel é muito lindo, com uma decoração de muito bom gosto. O café da manhã é muito bom e as piscinas são maravilhosas. Meu filho de 5 anos, minha sobrinha de 18 e eu ficamos simplesmente encantados e querendo voltar um dia.

Ficamos 1 dia só ,mas foi suficiente pra constatar a excelência no atendimento,desfrutar de um bom café da manhã,aproveitar das piscinas e hidromassagem,sauna.Jantamos uma comida excelente e descansar numa cama confortável e com travesseiros macios sem falar na roupa de cama de primeira.Como foi só um dia voltaremos com certeza!

Foi uma experiencia incrivel. O hotel superou nossas expectativas em todos os quesitos. É um hotel modelo! Quartos super confortaveis; enxoval de primeira linha, e a limpeza é impecavel. De frente à praia! E, se nao quiser pe na areia, a picina é um detalhe à parte, com seu mobiliario diferenciado. O atendimento é EXCEPCIONAL!

Excelente frente ao mar, mas sem estrutura lá!

O hotel é excelente, no entanto, no anúncio do Hotels.com havia a informação que ele tinha 5 bares na praia, um dos motivos que escolhi, pois entendi que teríamos estrutura de cadeiras e atendimento na praia, no entanto ele não possuía nenhum e como foi feriado só conseguimos sentar na praia na segunda-feira na barraca que tinha em frente ao hotel.

Hotel novo e confortável

Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho. O quarto tem tomadas na mesa de cabeceira para colocar o celular!! Tem frigobar, cofre e uma boa TV. No entanto, a TV não tem muitos canais. Mas, tem a opção de vc se logar com o seu Netflix, Prime, etc. A cama é confortável e o ar condicionado muito bom e silencioso. Tem uma varanda com uma mesinha e 2 cadeiras. O banheiro tem um chuveiro ótimo e boa bancada na pia. Estacionamento no local. Piscina, bar, copa do bebê com microondas e pia e restaurante. O café da manhã é buffet com várias opções mas faltam opções saudáveis e mais light. Tem uma pessoa que faz tapiocas e omeletes na hora. Agora, apesar de ter muitos funcionários no restaurante, demoram a limpar as mesas e montá-las. Além de um ar condicionado gelado no salão principal (desconfortável e que ajuda a esfriar a comida rápido). O hotel é todo novo. Tem cerca de 1 ano que foi inaugurado. Não tem serviço de praia mas vc tem direito a 1 toalha de praia por pessoa por dia. E, em frente ao hotel, tem várias barracas na praia com cadeiras, comida, banheiros, etc. A praia em frente ao hotel é muito boa e bonita. O hotel fica em Cabrália, que está a uma meia hora do centro de Porto Seguro.

Experiência incrível, equipe do hotel, limpeza, acomodações, restaurante, tudo maravilhoso. Vale a menção de que o restaurante possui opção de jantar a-la-carte excepcional, com atendimento também excepcional. Serviço de bar da piscina também excedeu as expectativas, inclusive com área de piscina excelente. Área infantil me surpreendeu, muitos brinquedos e opções para crianças.
