They don’t gave me the body wash lotion. Not very clean, but the breakfast was good . I booked a bay view, and they didn't ask me if I wanted a balcony. There were only three rooms without balconies, and my room didn't have a balcony. They should have asked me in advance

Location is perfect. View of the harbor, walking distance to State Street, restaurants, jetty, etc. Property needs a little tlc. Charhe handles on wv chargers are damaged, carpet is getting worn, cracked tiles on stairs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. I would stay here again.

Really nice stay, clean, decent breakfast, conveniently located near the town centre and quiet. What you expect from a 3* hotel, if only other places were up to that standard.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachside Inn. It was walkable to the beach and also State St. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I've had! We were sad the pool heater had broken, but the sun deck was nice.

Not happy about the swimming pool being ice cold. Pool heater was damaged from the last storm is what the front desk employee told me when I asked why the pool is cold. The employee said that it was on your website. Why would I keep looking at your website when I booked way in advance. We booked your location because of the inviting look and feel along with it having a pool so me and my kids could go swim. It would’ve been nice to get some kind of notification from the hotel letting me know that the pool isn’t operational prior to our arrival. Everything else was great! Nice clean room and entire complex as advertised.

The lobby and breakfast area are a 5. Nice pool. The room was spacious and pretty. My issue was that the AC was broken upon our arrival. We called twice and were told someone would come fix it. No one ever came. What was suspicious was that there were three small fans in the room. Seems this AC was either broken already or this happens frequently if they were that prepared. The room was very stuffy and pretty warm upon our arrival. Disappointed by the broken AC and lack of staff help. Other than that it was a good stay. Breakfast is good.

We apologize by the miscommunication, our front desk team was not aware that the AC unit had been rendered temporarily out of service since the day prior to your arrival. We are updating our entire AC system throughout the hotel so we look forward to welcoming you again with this feature fully functional!

The daily breakfast is a plus for a family with little kids. We can go downstairs to grab them something to eat to hold them over until we’re ready to hit the town. My biggest issue is the loud air con/heater unit. It is not subtle or quiet. Very disruptive of sleep. The bathroom does need a new makeover. Very outdated and appear dingy and old.

There was a out of control family with couple young ones at midnight on a Saturday cruising around screaming and hooting and hollering in the hallways down by the pool. That's a little disturbing and then the kids above jumping around and banging and clunking around. It was kind of noisy that way too

Easy check-in. Great price for the location and amenities. Yes, there are fancier hotels near by, but you aren't sacrificing anything to stay here and you are saving a lot (that you can then spend on the delicious food scene and great shopping if you'd like)

Their complimentary breakfast was good. Our 3rd floor room faced the park across the street so that was a nice touch. The refrigerator in room froze everything we had in it. Lucky for us, that just some soda.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now. The first two times we stayed on the ocean side on the first floor, gorgeous room, beautiful bathrooms, but the last time, we stayed on the top floor, with a balcony, facing the harbor. The bathroom was terrible, old, pipes were exposed, grout was brown and missing, spots of black mold, bath tub was not properly cleaned, there was no hot water multiple nights, and just really disappointing for $400 a night. Asked to change rooms, that wasn’t possible. Asked for electric charging, that wasn’t possible even though there are 3 stations but 2 do not work and other cars who aren’t electric cars were parked there. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Got food, but brown looking eggs. Sad, because it is a really cute hotel, but please update your bathrooms to match the rest of the facility!

It was across the street from the harbour so the location is good but the room was very disappointing. The bathroom was so disgusting that it took away from any other positives. I am not a picky person, I want clean and safe. But the bathtub had large pieces missing from the bottom. It had a yellow ring around it. The drain was black and rusty. The grout was black and dirty. The floor tiles were stained and most were cracked. The rest of the room looked like the site pictures. But the room had a damp feeling to it so all the linens felt wet. The pool was out of service because the heater was broken. From what I have read it has been broken at least a few months. The lobby was clean and breakfast decent. But when I complained about the state of the room they said you booked with Expedia take it up with them. There was no apology. OT an acknowledgement of the state of the bathroom. I would not recommend this place it was a bit of bait and switch.
