「The property was lovely. Restaurant was good, along with excellent service. Great location next to the lake. 」

「Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

「Beautiful property would definately come back in the warmer months. A little away from main downtown Panajachel but the Tuktuk would pick us up no problems. Yvan was supernice and helpful. Walked 25min to the thermal waters and what a nice hike and experience. His brother the Chef cooked up some Syrian cuisine that was amazing! We only wish we had another day or two to try it again. Loved, loved, loved it!」

「Beautiful hotel with amazing gardens! Delicious food at the restaurant! Great service. The front desk arranged for a ride for us to Panajachel after we missed the ferry. Such an amazing, relaxing place! 」

「El propietario es muy agradable y atento. Muy recomendable.」

「We (my wife our niece and her husband) pulled into the parking lot at the front of the hotel and checked in, apart from an initial confusion over the price between C dollars and Quetzals (my fault) all was good. We ordered food through the presented menu and dined in our room. Good service all round.」
