"This is the worst place I have ever stayed. NEVER rent here. I have stayed in shared hostels I preferred over this. Once you make your down payment, the hotel reaches out to let you know they have a 65 euro cleaning fee (and the rooms aren’t very clean), 30-50 euro check in fee depending on the time, towels are 10 euro, AC is 15 euro per day, and there are daily fees that accrue that amount to about 12 euro per day per person. "The rooms shown in the pictures was not what we were given, it was outdated and did not have a view of the ocean; the showers would not drain so we would have to turn off the showers in the middle so we wouldn’t be standing in a puddle; the walls are paper thin and we could hear every bang and conversation of our neighbours; to top it off the host was harrasing us over 12€ as the link he sent to pay wasn’t working; avoid avoid avoid!!!"

"This was one of the most amazing, truly relaxing and luxurious experiences in Sardegna. A true gem in La Maddalena! The staff, specially Walter, the evening concierge and Fatou and Aicha, the breakfast staff, were the most helpful, kind, welcoming and wonderful! The entire atmosphere, the beach club, the spa, the pool area and the food were perfect! Everything was a 5 star experience, a destination worth visiting again and again."

"We had an amazing holiday here at Mangia in Sardinia. Secluded location away from busy cities, right on the beach; perfect for complete relaxation. I would recommend renting a car so that you can explore nearby towns such as Santa Theresa and to explore other beaches such as Capo Testa when you want to leave the grounds. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of by Angel. We arrived a bit early so they stowed our luggage away until our room was ready (we were able to have full access to the amenities while we waited). The room was ready an hour before check in, 20 minutes after we arrived. Our room was located on the third level (halfway point between the lobby and the beach). There are a lot of stairs on the property to navigate, but still completely walkable. Food options were tasty, though limited between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. We paid for breakfast to be included and opted to dine at the à la carte restaurants for lunch and dinner as well as other restaurants outside of the property. Had the best pizza, fregula and calamari on our entire trip (Sicily and Sardinia). And even BETTER service. We dined at their more upscale restaurant called Donna Fliorana and met Joey who also worked at Scausa Grill. He was professional, personable and such a great help with recommendations for wine and food. He went above and beyond and really made our dining experience special. His coworker Joshua was also very kind and helpful!"
