「El hotel es precioso. Habitaciones súper completas, tines a la mano todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar en tu estadía. El servicio fue excelente desde el check in hasta el check out. 「This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.」

「The property reminded me of the movies I’ve seen about Tuscany. The property is a working farm producing olive oil and incredible wine. The breakfast was delicious and dinners sensational. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We’ve traveled a lot and this was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The host went out of his way to help us when we had car issues, I can’t say enough about how fabulous our stay was!」

「The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). Meus únicos pontos de crítica são: dificuldade em desembarcar as bagagens (você tem que trancar a rua), café da manhã em outro lugar (não é tão longe, mas ter que fazer uma caminhada logo após acordar pra tomar café não é algo muito confortável).
