Very well equipped and clean, nice hotel. Pool, tours, delicious meals, shuttle bus with the professional hotel staff made this a great stay at reasonable prices. Very polite helpful staff made everything smooth. Live entertainment at night too!

Really wanted to give this 3.5 stars but the system won’t let me. Good points: well isolated from traffic noise. Aircon on all the time. Pool and loungers well located and sufficient. Breakfast. Transportation service into Sorrento. Not so good: internal noise insulation poor, i.e. noise from adjacent rooms (particularly toilet flushing). Don’t bother having dinner there as other local restaurants are much better and cheaper.

Basic property about 20mins walk into Sorrento. Hotel room was dated. Mattress was sloping to one side and the acoustics in the room was awful. We could hear people talking and walking around in the rooms above and next door. You could also hear them using the toilet as if it was in your own room.

Quaint hotel, great service, the restaurant staff especially are amazing. Near some exceptional restaurants, walking distance from Sorrento, plus the shuttle bus makes excursions easy.

Great hotel just outside Sorrento.

Great hotel. All staff were excellent & professional. Rooms were slightly dated but clean with everything you need. The free shuttle to and from Sorrento was a great bonus. Our driver Gregorio was very friendly. Nice pool & breakfast was plentiful.

Renovated rooms, Incredible views of Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius from our room, well located, available parking. Only thing that needs improvement is the selection of items available at breakfast, is so so, other than that I do recommend this hotel.

The waiters were very nice , the hotel is not 4 stars ,everything inside belong to the sixties, no way to go around the city unless you call a taxi which hotel take percentage of as the taxi never use the meter .

We had a very enjoyable stay. All staff were excellent and they arranged three trips for us. The courtesy bus was super, the driver was prompt and very helpful. We were able to watch England rugby in Sorrento and still get back on the courtesy bus. We enjoyed seeing all the local sights. Would recommend Hotel Caravel.

The hotel was in good place, garden was very beautiful and clean poolarea. We had very pleasant room and big balcony. Matresses were quite hard. We enjoed our holiday.

This hotel is a little dated but spotlessly clean with staff that are friendly and very helpful to your every need. Pool was great and the location was superb....walkable to Sorrento but they have a free transfer bus which is handy. No complaints about the food though we only had breakfast every day and it was decent. Not all rooms have balconies so it's best to make sure you have one if thats your thing. All in all i would rate this hotel as a 9 out of 10....suited us.....good value for money.....

A fine place to stay.

Hotel was great. Its not brand new, but its very clean and the staff was excellent. Location is about a 20 min walk from downtown sorrento but they have a free shuttle that runs close to there every 30 mins. Wonderful places to eat near by. The only issue we had is we thought the beds were very hard, but thats not something to really complain about.

Our 5th time here over the years. Service cleanliness excellent. Staff welcoming and friendly. a haven from the madness of Sorrento. Also great to have the availability of the shuttle bus too into Sorrento. We used it more this time due to extreme heat.
