Nice hotel. Island is not to big, so location of the hotel is not the most important. Its about 20 minutes from the capital. Staff is nice and rooms are good.

Stayed last minute due to a flight cancellation staff on reception at check in were amazing and really helpful. They were accommodating when we requested a room change. We only ate breakfast the choice was very good as was the quality.You do need a car as quite remote but the small town has a couple of restaurants. The chain does have other hotels in the town and has a small train that links them every 20 mins.

Very nice relaxing break

Lovely hotel, comfortable room with lovely sea view. Very quiet resort, not a lot to do in the area but the hotel provided adequate entertainment, which was not too noisy. Very good location for visiting others resorts, bus service excellent. Very good all inclusive package.

If you get a room with an ocean view it is beautiful. The hotel is far from restaurants and beaches. They have only two elevators for six floors. The pool closes at 7 pm and it is small for the amount of people in the hotel. The dining room is full of flies. The outside patio is a better choice when dining. The food is not the best.

Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday.

The room is comfortable but noise from adjacent rooms is disturbing. No coffee in the room and no breakfast before 8 am means you should supply your own coffee if you want an early cup. Limited dining alternatives nearby and no sandy beach unless you take a long walk or drive. Recommend you rent a car to see more attractive parts of Menorca.

My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor.

Bright busy hotel

It’s a good hotel with a nice pool area and helpful staff. Not sure how thorough the cleaning is - could see visible dirt on the stairs (like dead flies and band-aid) that were there all week.
