A wonderful hotel with amazing staff. A very short walk to the beach & into main part of town. Food options are many & varied. Always very tasty. Have been several times before & will again. Perfect hotel.

Lovely relaxing stay. Rooms are bright and modern. Standard of cleaning throughout is very high. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Restaurant opening times are very reasonable and I liked the open seating. Every member of staff, I encountered was efficient and friendly. There is a disco and late night bar in the vicinity of the hotel, but was not troubled by noise. Will stay again.

Tolles Service-Team, egal ob Rezeption, Speisesaal, Reinigung oder Bar. Alle ausnahmslos super freundlich, es wird alles getan, damit es den Gästen gut geht. Essen war auch immer was dabei, gute und wechselnde Auswahl, Sauberkeit war auch absolit in Ordnung. Leider sind die Zimmer hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das hat den Urlaub nicht schlechter gemacht.

Das Hotel ist super! Sehr gutes Frühstück (hatten nur Frühstück dabei)... das Personal super nett... Zimmer wurde sauber geputzt, als es einmal nicht gemacht wurde, wurde auf nachfrage sofort die Reinigung nachgeholt. Animation für Kinder und auch erwachsene super und abwechslungsreich. Einziges Manko-> der Indoorpool ist zu kalt, hätte dieser 3-4 Grad mehr, wären es 5 von 5 Sterne.

Jättebra frukost och service och mycket att välja på. Jättebra städning i rum. Fin pool men lite kall på morgonen. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Det som var dåligt var att jag fick betala fullt för två rum med frukost för fyra trots att vi bara var 3 personer.

We actually got upgraded and moved to Hipocampo palace (which was a few mins drive in a taxi that the hotel paid for). It was a beautiful hotel, food was good. We had a 3 year old with us and food was accommodating for kids too. Very clean and lovely staff.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Nicht toll war, dass auf der Südseite des Hotels direkt eine Diskothek gegenüber liegt. Genau aufpassen wo das gebuchte Zimmer liegt! Auch quietschende Türen und hellhörige Zimmer tragen nicht zu einer ruhigen Atmosphäre bei.

Awesome hotel!

Walking distance to one of the best beaches in the island, Cala Mallor. The hotel is well located, spacious room, the best breakfast and dinner selections, great service, awesome shows, big pool and just overall worth every money spent! Will definitely be back!!

Wir waren schon vor 2 Jahren in dem Said Hotel, leider hat die sehr gute Qualität nachgelassen.... Das Zimmer war unglaublich laut ....kaum zu ertragen! Die Balkontür undicht..... somit auch Klima kaum nutzbar ..... Das Essen sehr gut aber diesmal erwischten wir immer wieder mal dreckige Teller, dreckiges Glas ..... das war vor 2 Jahren nicht so! Dazu kommt noch dass man hier mit Innenpool wirbt.....dieser war aber geschlossen....auch das war vor zwei Jahren NICHT der Fall. !!! Für uns kommt dieser Hotel nicht nochmal im Frage!
