Sehr freundliches Personal überall & ein sehr gutes Animationsteam. Die Zimmer sind praktisch, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aufteilung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr gut (Richtig verschiebbare Türen, Platz, Anordnung). All-Inklusive Essen ist abwechslungsreich, aber nicht von sehr guter Qualität. Für Vegetarier gibt es fast immer eine gute Auswahl. Beanstandungen am Zimmer werden zeitnah behoben.

Die Lage ist super (800m zum Strand von Sa coma, 4 min mit dem Auto zum Strand von Cala Millor). Animationsteam ist super und gibt jeden Tag sein bestes! Personal ist super nett, gerade der Junge Mann mit den Locken vom Housekeeping arbeitet unermüdlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ok. Ähnelt dem Essen eines 3-Sterne-Hotels in Mallorca. Vielen Dank an alle für diesen tollen Sommerurlaub!

Hvis man bor tæt ved pool er der meget larm. Musik fra ca. kl. 11 til 24. Reklamere med at man ikke må reservere liggestole. Dette håndhæves ikke. Blev bedt om selv at fjerne håndklæder, hvis liggestole ikke blev brugt. Personale der lavede børneaktiviteter var super søde. Det samme gælder for personalet i restauranten.

Very good family hotel. The kids entertainment staff was amazing, such energy! Cudos! Service at the restaurant was so nice and kind as well. Food was good. Very pleasantly surprised! Of course there was more common food as burgers, hotdogs some days, but always also nice fish, good sauces, interesting dishes and so on. Negative: Some days it was way too loud at the pool area. The music would be blasting while the entertainment team would be shouting while using microphones. If you stayed near the pool it was impossible to get away from the noise. Other days the music was nice and calm. It seemed to depend on the bartender, but it would be nice if they took the audience into account when choosing playlist and also perhaps they could announce activities in the microphone but when only 3 people attended it might not be necessary to do the entire activity with a mic.

We had a great time at HSM Sa Coma and would highly recommend. We had plenty to do for our short trip and there are lots of activities within walking distance. The hotel was quiet when we stayed (early June), so it was helpful to unwind too. We enjoyed the food and drink options. Good options for vegetarians, but they could be further improved. Lots of hotel-based entertainment if you want more than to relax.

Hotellin vastaanotto ei osaa englantia, milloin huoneesta puuttui lakanat lapselle, milloin pyyhe. Aina yhtä vaikeaa saada asiaa hoidettua. Siivous ei käynyt ensimmäiseen kolmeen päivään, ja silloinkin tuli paikalle vasta pitkälle iltapäivällä. Huonekalujen alla oli törkyistä. Tiskiainetta ja harjaa/sientä ei ole saatavilla, astiat (vain muutama astia muutenkin) likaisia. Koko hotellin alue altaan ympärillä on betonia, joka on maalattu vihreäksi. Ruoka on lähes syömäkelvotonta, älä edes harkitse maistavasi juustoja. Kaikki halvinta mahdollista. Iltaviihde oli hassuttelua, aivan hauskaa, kiva tiimi tekemässä! Mutta loma oli silti mukava, halvalla sai halpaa, en menisi tänne uudelleen. The hotel reception does not speak English, sometimes the room lacked sheets for the child, sometimes a towel. It was always difficult to get things sorted. Housekeeping did not come for the first three days, and even then, they only arrived late in the afternoon. There was dirt under the furniture. Dish soap and a sponge were not available, and the dishes (only a few dishes anyway) were dirty. The entire hotel area around the pool is concrete, painted green. The food is almost inedible, don't even consider tasting the cheeses. Everything is the cheapest possible. The evening entertainment was playful, quite fun, a nice team doing it! The vacation was anyway nice, with cheap you get cheap, but would not stay here again.

Skønt hotel

Fint hotel med et bredt udvalg af mad i buffeten og drikkevarer i baren. Det blev gjort fint rent på værelset og ved poolen. Meget aktive personale til underholdning. Værelserne er lidt slidte, og vi har træt af folk røg i pool området, men det skal ikke ligge hotellet til last. Det eneste jeg manglede var cola med sukker.

Lovely 6 night stay in ground floor apartment with our 2 year old. Staff friendly and hard working. Pool clean and always sunbeds available. Small fenced off shallow end for little ones which was great for us but imagine could get crowded in peak season. Only watched mini disco entertainment in evening as bit late for our little one but staff great with kids. Daytime sports fun too. Sa Coma beach within walking distance (even if it takes a bit longer when toddler wants to walk!) Apartment was spacious. Food was tasty and enough variety - although labelling needs improving as often dishes didn't state if had meat in too and being a pescatarian I almost had a few that had meat in on closer inspection. Good selection of meats each day for the carnivores though! Omelette station was only available on 2 of days we were there so missed this. Generally a good value and nice family place to stay. Would recommend if want value and all inclusive too. Husband enjoyed the Estrella and myself the Sangria.

Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Mycket bra hotell i denna prisklassen. Rymliga lägenheter, tyst och lugnt. Ren pool och gott om solstolar. All personal är fantastisk, så härligt bemötande, glass och trevliga. Fantastiskt bemötande vid incheckning, i matsal, baren, vaktmästare och städare. Maten var vi mycket nöjda med, stort utbud och goda smaker. Lite synd bara att man inte kan sitta ute. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

I bund og grund et godt hotel, men det er primært til børnefamilier, da der ingen unge mennesker er. Desværre er poolen ikke børnevenlig, idet at 2/3 af poolen er 2,30 m dyb. Der er INGEN danskere overhovedet på hotellet.
