Fabulous hotel, really friendly staff and great food. We upgraded to half board for only £15 extra in total and it was so worth it. Great pool and the sea was just across a pedestrian/cycle path. We will definitely return here.

Séjour absolument parfait ! La chambre était impeccable, très propre et confortable, avec une attention aux détails vraiment appréciable. Le personnel a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner était un vrai régal, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Et que dire de la vue… un moment magique face à la plage, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. Une expérience au top que je recommande sans hésiter !

Kamers zijn beetje oud maar proper dagelijks onderhouden, vriendelijk personeel, goede ontvangst bij inchecken en uitchecken. Zone naast zwembad werdt niet onderhouden zelfde afval naast zwembad is een week blijven liggen. Goed ontbijt buffet, lekker dessert buffet, dinner buffet flauw en smakeloos.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super -direkt beim Strand. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind in einem schönem Zustand. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr kinderfreundlich. Der Spabereich hat leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen.

We stayed for 4 nights half board basis. 2 adults 1 child. Facilities are great. Right next to the beach, shops, restaurants. Only minor complaint was the pool water was too cold to swim in and evening entertainment went on until midnight. Would recommend and go back.

Idéalement situé sur le front de mer le CM Castel del mar vous apportera tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. La façade vous semblera peut être un peu « vintage » mais l’équipement, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité de la nourriture vous feront vite oublier cet aspect. Par ailleurs le rapport prix / prestation est vraiment très bien. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne pouvez pas être déçu.

Nice hotel with professional staff and great location. Right on the promenade across from the beach. Bar staff was a little overwhelmed at times, but adequate. Limited hotel parking is an understatement, there are 4 spaces. You’re on the street otherwise, but there is parking in the area. Our room, 5th floor, was billed as a full sea view room. But we were on the north end of the tower and our view was partially obstructed by the lower wing roof. Probably not an issue on floors 7 and above. The pool area is nice with quite decent entertainment at night.

Excellent choice for families!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel CM Castell de Mar! The location is absolutely perfect — right in front of one of the most stunning beaches in Mallorca, with direct access to the sea and breathtaking views. The staff truly stand out: everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s definitely worth booking with dinner included. The hotel’s cuisine is excellent, offering a wide variety of well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and flavors that please all tastes — including the kids. The spa is also a highlight: well-equipped, relaxing, and with a great atmosphere. A big plus is that children are allowed until 6:00 PM, which is perfect for families who want to enjoy it together. Without a doubt, CM Castell de Mar is a fantastic choice for those looking for comfort, great food, attentive service, and a privileged beachfront location. A hotel that truly knows how to welcome families with care and quality. Highly recommended!

I think I would be somewhere between okay and good. First experience was not good. After booking I received an email to ask if I wanted to select a specific room. I thought that would be nice then I can choose and have a good view etc. it was going to cost me on arrival 80 euros which was fine. I did this about 2 months prior to arrival and all booked according to them. Then 3 days before arrival I got an email to say they unfortunately can’t give me the room I selected and had booked me a different one for an additional 100 euros if I didn’t reply they would assume all good. I was already away and missed this email but reached out to say why were they charging me extra for the room I hadn’t selected??! Seemed very underhand behaviour - I had already paid for the room and the extra was only if I got to select the room I want so I said I would leave it to pot luck on the rooms and not to charge me. They replied to say they were going to give me the new room for free but not a good start when they shouldn’t have charged extra in the first place. Avoid pre booking is my advice! Food was ok but often bland and under seasoned. Some weird offerings and desserts all tasted the same. Customer experience team very helpful though and nice pool and close to the beach. Not sure about Cala millor don’t think we’d return.

Super schöner Familienurlaub. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer am Ende des Ganges mit tollem Meerblick (Zimmer 801). Das Zimmer war groß, hell und sauber. Die Nachbarn haben wir nicht gehört. Sehr positiv fanden wir das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessenbuffet. Hier gab es eine große Auswahl an Speisen und es war für jedes Familienmitglied etwas dabei. Besonderes Lob noch an das Personal und das in allen Bereichen wie z.B. Rezeption, Service, an der Bar oder Animation. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fast schon schade, dass die so gut deutsch konnten, so konnten wir unser Touristen-Spanisch kaum anwenden 😉 Zum Publikum: Primär Deutsche, Schweizer und britische Familien und vereinzelte spanische Gäste. Natürlich gab es Kandidaten, die ihre Lieblingsliegen früh morgens reserviert haben, aber trotz Hochsaison war es kein Problem 4 Plätze für uns Langschläfer zu finden. Am Strand ist auch reichlich Platz. Am Pool ist ein extra Raum für Sonnenschirme, Luftmatrazen, Poolnudeln, die andere Kunden dort bei Abreise hinterlassen haben. Meine Frau und ich haben uns eine 50 minütige Paarmassage im Hotel gegönnt. Auch sehr zu empfehlen. Unseren Mietwagen sind wir in den Seitenstraßen oder den öffentlichen Parkplätzen am Strand gut losgeworden. Alles im Allen hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und können wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The property is located on a fantastic beach front. Clean as could be. Food was varied and the quality was above average. However we went in the July heatwave and the AC in our room was poor along with the majority of the hotel.I would not return for this reason.We managed to get our room changed where the AC was slightly better but the lack of sleep due to the heat spoiled our holiday.
