We had the best stay at this hotel, perfect location with a taxi rank outside. Pool area was lovely, great food and service from staff was amazing. Rooms all a great size and very clean. Would have liked a little bit more storage e.g some drawers but not an issue. I would stay here again every time I come to Ibiza.

Detta hotellet är helt fantastiskt,hade inte så stora förväntningar när jag bokade. Men detta är en hemlig skatt som måste upplevas. Mat,drinkar o service har helt topp! Vi var 3 st i ett rum som var stort o fräscht,bra bäddsoffa. Om ni söker ett hotell som håller hög klass till bra pris så är The Palm detta.

Ab und zu kam ein Gestank aus dem WC, nicht wirklich ideal und sehr eklig. Und warum bekommt man Shampoo und Duschgel nutram ersten Tag und für den restlichen Aufenthalt muss man selber schauen? Eher schlecht. Bitte Schlüsselanhänger kleiner gestalten. Die sin definitiv zu gross. Musik am Pool eher schlecht bis mittelmässig. Der Sound nur 80s and 90s House, den ganzen Tag und jeden Tag. Langweilig.

We hebben een top verblijf gehad bij The Palm Star. Het hotel was super nieuw, mooi en erg schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Iedere dag draaide er ‘s middags een DJ. Aanrader!!

Overall a good stay

Overall the stay was good, staff were very helpful and the hotel itself was nice. The location was ideal we walked into San Antonio a few times which wasn’t too far. I would have been happier with a bit more cleaning of the rooms and a bit more of an atmosphere around the pool area. Other than that the stay was good and I would recommend.

Una estancia muy agradabe desde el minuto 1, potenciada por la amabilidad de todo el personal. Apartamento con lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable en Sant Josep, con buena conexión a la carretera para ir a Ibiza ciudad, a San Antonio y a otros puntos de esta increíble isla. Tanto a la llegada como durante toda la estancia el trato del personal fue formidable, ¡muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo!

Hotel tres bruyant tous les soirs des shows

St antony a eviter fiefs des anglais alcoolises et tres populaires plages jonchees de boites de bieres ... desolants belles plages a decouvrir cependant Marbellisation totale Piscine agreable maiw envahis d anglais hurlant du matin au soir impossible de dormir et changent de chambre pour plus de cae refusee par le manager alors que place dispo a eviter ++++++++

Ibiza getaway!

Booked hotel as a lot cheaper than others in same area didn't expect much to be honest, but was fantastic for price. Room clean and large had self catering options if needed excellent quiet pool in a fantastic location! Staff were really helpful for printing boarding passes and local knowledge definetly stay their again!

Nice cheap find!

The apartment is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is good but not central but is a 2 min walk to the beach and is surrounded by shops, bars and restaraunts.

Nice and clean. Really close to beach.
