Great location

Great location and lovely pool. Breakfast is great on the terrace ( apart from the pigeons!) Had an evening meal once but quite average and much better to walk into town (20minutes downhill and 30 minutes back!) Third stay in four years and happy to return

Beautiful hotel lots of potential to be amazing!! Limited on dining options and food not great. Location worked for us short scenic walk into town . Town had lots choice for dining. Reception staff excellent. Dining not so good. Rooms clean and tidy.

Hotel room, breakfast and the garden are at the good level. What I didn’t like is the rules on the pool which no one is following and staff is not executing (ppl shouldn’t book the seats, no jumping to the pool, shower before entering).

Eden Roc is a lovely hotel in a great location. Front Desk staff could be better, sometimes grumpy and not that well trained. Check in and check out is not close to slick but the rooms ( many recently refurbished) are good, the pool is great but very cold! Breakfast is good but if you sit outside you have to contend with the pigeons ( they need to invest in an angry looking stone hawk or owl to deter them (?) but overall our fourth stay and happy to return next year.

The hotel has a hardworking staff that did a great job keeping the hotel clean. I was also very impressed with those working in the dining area. All were very professional and most bilingual and trilingual. The beds were very comfortable and the food in the dining room was great. The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views. My only suggestion would be to update the interior of the hotel, lobby, rooms and bathrooms. AND to heat up the pools and hot tubs and steam rooms 😩 The hotel would be absolute perfection! Thank you for a great and memorable stay!

Costa Brava at its best

A great venue, attentive friendly staff, newly renovated. Great free breakfast and very reasonable dinner buffet with a great selection. A wonderful stay of 4 nights.

I felt the service in the restaurant was not good. Staff were chatting in kitchen, not attentive to guests. The hotel could have put a rail or more help to get into the sea.

Wonderful location

The hotel has a truly magnificent setting and views out to sea. Our rooms overlooking the sea were fabulous. Newly decorated, we enjoyed huge and comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The refurbishment is clearly still underway so works were happening in hallways and stairwells. Staff seemed quite confused also. No signs meant we were frequently lost finding our way about the complex. Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet of great variety. Pools inside and out both wonderful. The indoor one retains some of the faded charm of this hotel’s past. I love this place but I don’t think It was ready for guests at the start of April. Needs must, I am sure, so it was worth putting up with no TV connection and being lost in half finished corridors.

Ok hotell med fin pool dock inte prisvärt

Fint läge vid havet, dock hemsk service och mat i pool restaurangen (aldrig vart med om en sämre hamburgare, den var kokt och bränt bröd) men bra frukost. Poolen var bra och det fanns access till havet, dock ingen stege/svårt att gå ner och upp i havet. Det är cirka 15 min gång staden och svårt att få taxi men en fin promenad. Vi bodde i nya delen som var renoverad, Okej hotell men lite för dyrt för det man fick.

Gran hotel - estadía increíble

Creo el mejor hotel en la costa española en 6 años. No es un 5 estrellas, pero para 4 estrellas, está mejor que cualquier 5 estrellas. La atención de su gente, el buen gusto y paisajismo cómo está pensado, la accesibilidad a piscinas... la playa, es cierto que es artificial, pero eso lo transforma en una cala casi exclusiva para los huéspedes, todo un relax, si eres una persona ágil para sortear algunas piedras con musgo.... es un gran, gran hotel

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et nous avons été enchantés par la vue magnifique sur la mer. La chambre était parfaite pour notre famille, avec une splendide vue sur la mer. Le restaurant était idéal pour le petit-déjeuner, offrant un buffet copieux et varié. La piscine et la plage étaient excellentes, répondant parfaitement à nos attentes. Cependant, je pense que l'hôtel pourrait bénéficier de quelques rénovations, car il semble un peu daté. Rien de grave, juste quelques petites améliorations qui rendraient le séjour encore plus agréable. Un autre point à mentionner est le nombre limité de places de parking disponibles. Il peut être difficile de trouver une place sur le parking de l'hôtel, mais heureusement, il y a suffisamment de places dans les rues avoisinantes. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, l'endroit reste vraiment sympa et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très bon séjour. Après une randonnée, nous rêvions d'un spa. Mais à notre arrivée, le personnel nous informe que le spa et la piscine intérieure sont fermés (depuis un certain temps) jusqu'à juin.Je pense que ce n'est pas honnête de ne pas l avoir précisé sur le site. Et je pense aussi que le prix devrait être moins élevé, Vu que les prestations ne sont plus les mêmes.

Coctail de sensaciones maravillosas

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa increíble porque ha superado nuestras expectativas . el Estado general del Hotel es un encanto muy limpio sobre todo las habitaciones que hemos estado ya renovadas la cama muy cómoda, ropa de cama, sábanas y relleno, nórdico y demás muy limpio así como las almohadas …el baño también muy limpio y buenas condiciones…tal vez si algo hay que mejorar son las toallas que no estaría mal que estuvieran algo más blancas más mullidas.. pero aún así …estaba bastante bien . Por otro lado, el sentimiento general con este establecimiento es de alta calidad y desde luego el personal tanto en recepción la cogida como el personal de restauración la señorita Maite ,han sido todos tan amables y resolutivos que da gusto . Se destaca sin duda por otro lado, la calidad de los alimentos muy alta, los sabores muy ricos variedad correctísima, así que no tengo ningún negativo que decir al contrario felicitarles porque de verdad lo están haciendo muy bien ..!!

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Habitués de cet établissement, nous avons été déçu. Les prix ont beaucoup augmenté et deviennent non justifiés surtout que nous avions une chambre au dessus du spa non rénovée et avec une clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. De plus il y avait sur cette période un séminaire donc repas très très galères pris en sandwich et en otage dans ce grand groupe. Séjour gâché
