「I LOVED staying here. It felt like a hidden gem during all my traveling through Spain. The owners are super helpful and responsive. Great location to Montserrat and served me wonderfully as a nice nature escape after all the city hustle and bustle. I would stay here again and again.」

「The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona. I was most grateful to be spared a long walk. Muchisimas gracias a todos!」

「Everything was exceptionally great for the price, great access to city and local area. Staff and locals were helpful and polite. Only note is kitchen/breakfast is closed on Saturday’s or weekends depending on booking capacity. Overall great place for budget friendly get away highly recommended.」

「Such an amazing Gem of an hotel! Room was amazing.. food was out of the world! They use all local produce high quality ingredients no wonder they have Michelin star for consecutive ten years ! Out of the world dessert which you can’t find even in main Barcelona.. room was spacious and clean… they had cycling and beautiful ambience. 「Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged...
