The free parking does not exist atleast not on property , it is 4 blocks away and not convenient , I booked the property believing that the parking was on site and that was a huge huge disappointment, as well as you hear every single noise in the hallway

Adorei minha estadia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was very nice , no lock in bathroom door but beds comfy, you can not take own drinks to the pool which can make it quite expensive . Food at dinner and breakfast was the worst I have experienced anywhere so I wouldn’t bother paying extra for that . Location is good and staff helpful as well as security at night , would recommend to family’s couples or singles just don’t go for the food option

Great location, very central but just far away for peace and quiet, walkingbfystance to bus station, shops, post office and restaurants. The hotel is an older building but with bright clean refurbished rooms. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely large Pool area just across the road. Breakfast is good, everything you need, nothing too fancy. I had dinner one night and thought the food was good, buffet style. I slept very well and was very relaxed.

I am very sorry I have had to write this bad review, but I have been trying to get an email so I can email the property to complain about my issue. When I got to the hotel and stayed the first night I was very please, however, by the second day I was very upset. First I asked of my friend and I could be placed on the same floor, she was on the 4th and I was on the 2nd, the second day the Lift stopped working, I have disabilities and was finding this very hard, they promised us it was going to be fixed the same day, it wasn't, on Saturday I asked if it was possible to get a late check out on Sunday morning, Receptionist told us that the hotel was closing at 11am!! I was apaualled, we booked a return flight at 9pm on the bases that we would have
