I spent eight days here solo and was sad to leave. It had become very homey as I'd gotten to know the surrounding neighborhoods. Small, simple, safe/clean... I will happily stay here again!

Defenitively the best place in Sanremo, the place was more than what I expected and the staff was very helpful and acomodating. Acess to the property was very easy also, and the location is prime, where restaurants and bars are located! I highly recommend

In short: convenient location and lazy staff Located in the heart of Sanremo, it is a convenient location for enjoying Sanremo to the fullest into the night. The room was clean and simple but had everything I need. However, there is a problem with the staff. I called the provided number about 10 times, but there was no answer. Responses to messages and emails were delayed, and I had to resend messages about five times before I finally got a reply. The building does not have an elevator. The room is on a higher floor, so you have to climb over 80 steep steps. I couldn't carry my suitcase up the stairs, so I left it in an external storage facility.

Acceptable stay for one day.

It was a very good location. Exactly in centrum. Very basic and very small rooms. Calm. Cleanliness was fine. It was nice that there was unlimited water use included. Coffee machine was broken. Consider the fact that there’s no lift in the building and If you have a big luggage with you, you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself for 4 floors. Overall , it’s ok for one day stay.

Located in the heart of Sanremo, but very quiet. Clean rooms, at a fair price, with an easy electronic check-in and codes to enter the property. We liked the availability of a fridge, water, coffee and tea. During a very hot summer, the air conditioner was outstanding.

My husband and I book a room for 3 days, when we went to check in it was not easy, we needed internet which we did not have in a alley way, After about 15 minutes talking with some on the phone, we finally got the pass code to get in...After we opened the door, we were informed the room was on the 3rd floor, which for US people that would be on the 4th floor.. and NO ELEVATOR...We did not read anywhere no elevator...We had to carry our bags up 6 flights of stairs in 90 degrees with no air condition..for young people that is ok , but for a couple in their 60's and 70's this is very difficult and not good for your health even if you are in good shape..If you are traveling light with luggage it would be okay, but if you are travelling for several weeks it SUCKED...Our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels and after walking up 6 flights twice a days you need fresh towels.. So be carefare renting here...

Väldigt bra läge, nära till restauranger och stränder och huvudgatan. Rummet va okej, dålig AC. Krångligt incheckningssystem, man behövde själv höra av sig till värden för incheckningsinformationen, trots att jag redan haft kontakt med dem. Fick höra av mig flera gånger innan jag fick incheckningsinstruktionerna.

Avantages : tres centrale, propre. Points fiables : 3ème etage sans ascensur et le code pour le portail recu via whatsapp bloqué. J'ai attendu un petit quart d'heure avant d'etre rappelé par l'hote, qui a réactivé le code.Peut etre il faudrait laisser dans la chambre la cles du portail.

Superbra läge i centrala Sanremo. Enkel incheckning. Trevlig personal, men ett litet minus för att den personal vi träffade inte ens kunde enkla fraser på engelska. Rent och fräscht rum, men lyhört. Funkar bra om du bara ska stanna några nätter och vill ha någonstans att sova.

Idéalement situé

Super emplacement, au troisième étage sans ascenseur, mais avec tout ce qu'on mange ça ne fait pas de mal 😉. Chambres très propres rénovées avec goût assez spacieuses. Un petit coin d entrée appréciable avec un frigo avec des paniers numérotés pour chaque chambre. J'ai eu l occasion de contacter la Team d Emily Rooms et impeccable très réactif. Une nuit a sanremo

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement . C’est un self checking donc nous ne l’avons aucun contact avec le staff w la chambre est très petite mais très propre. L’emplacement est très bien. C’est pratique pour une nuit mais pas plus .

Confortable et bien situé, mais bruyant

Appartement transformé en hotel, assez original. Petite chambre, mais convenablement équipée et propre. L'accès se fait complètement sans clé (appel à un numéro gratuit pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble, et code pour la chambre). Très bien situé. Seul bémol, ma chambre donnait côté rue, et c'était très bruyant jusque tard le soir, et très tôt le matin.
