「The suite was spotless and well equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The on‑site restaurants were excellent, with a great variety of cuisines to enjoy. I’d happily recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.」

「我們選擇住在Xara palace hotel 五個晚上。這個一個畢生難忘的體驗和回憶。
xara palace 位於Mdina城堡內，是唯一的旅館，這個是很難得少見的住宿機會。
Xara palace全體員工都非常熱誠和善體人意接待我們，有賓至如歸的溫馨。
值得一提的是，Xara Palace雖然是在16世紀的古堡，但內部裝潢現代又富有地方性的藝術品味，讓人以現代的舒適度體驗到中古世紀的歷史風味。」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...
