「Very great location to access the national park! Staff are super friendly and the room was very clean! We found the grab and go breakfast to be very extensive and more than enough to start the day. You can also hire a sandboard for $25 a day if you are so inclined!」

「Apparently 3rd party Renters get the bottom of the barrel Room assignments. We were assigned to the room surrounded by an elevator, Laundry Room and Ice Maker. We managed to get reassigned to another room that had it's own issues to deal with. If you want your wishes considered at all in the room assignments you need to call the hotel directly, days in advance and make sure they note your preferences. This may or not work, but it's what they suggested, otherwise you're just out of luck.」

「This unique inn is beautiful and an ideal place to stay. The location is perfect, especially if you’re looking to walk to many attractions. The parking is easy to access. The building itself is old and historic but well maintained and holds individualistic charm. The only drawbacks are that there was no hot water on occasion and it was loud at night, despite us being in the “quietest rooms”.」

「There was no air conditioning in our room. The elevators were hard to find and then navigate with luggage carts. there were folks in the hot tub - not from the hotel...had their clothes laying all over at the bottom of the stairs. Also, I will never use Expedia again to make any reservation! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE」
