The hotel owner was drunk and slapped my 16 year old nephew over a disagreement. I had to hold the old man back as he wanted to fight my nephew. We Had to leave early as we felt completely unsafe there. Do not go to that hotel unless you know how to fight as this old man wants to fight.

Your comment is incredible and inconsistent, in relation to your behavior in the hotel, you blocked the toilets, left excrement on the windows and in the shower and disturbed the other hotel guests as your teenagers were drunk and screaming, were typing, until late at night! Never seen,

Mycket mögeldoft på andra våningen
Mottagandet trevligt och bra men fick bo på andra våningen som visades inte vara renoverad. Det värsta var mögeldoften som gjorde sig påtaglig i huvudet och i halsen efter en natt. Delat badrum som hade en plastmatta som bubblade sig och lyft sig från golvet. Mådde inte bra efter den natten. Våning ett verkade ha nya dörrar och vara renoverade så de kanske är i mycket bättre standard men på våning två är det obeboeligt anser vi.

ご滞在をお楽しみいただけなかったことを残念に思います。テレビのチャンネルは確かにフランス語です。他の部屋のお客様もお湯を飲んでいたので、お湯には驚きました。Wi-Fi に関しては、ファイバーを使用しています。普通。 他のお客様が騒がしかった場合は申し訳ありませんが、この点に関しては他にフィードバックはありません。客室はお客様が出発するたびに清掃されていますが、ビーチに近いことは気に入りましたか?

Convenient
Convenient for us using the Eurotunnel and collecting wine. Room was fairly basic and dated but clean and roomy enough despite having sloping ceilings. Obviously you pay for what you get and we were happy enough for one night sharing shower room / toilet with other 2-3 rooms on the floor, especially since there didn't seem to be anyone else staying up there. Didn't eat evening or breakfast meals so can't comment. Was nice to be able to have a night cap beer/coffee in the bar area when we came in from eating out.

Mike thank you for this realistic comment, it is true that we keep these rooms for customers who, like you, want to rent for a small budget, and that suits them well.

Poor, one star hotel
Stayed there over a weekend. Check in was smooth but then it was all downhill onwards. We were given two loft converted rooms on the top with a loft converted loo on the floor being shared between 4 rooms. Very disappointing stay over all considering the price.

Convenient clean, basic hotel OK for 1 night.
Nipped over to Calais to pick up some booze with a friend. We both had a comfort rooms on the 1st floor, for 1 night only. Room clean and tidy. Bed comfy. Room warm enough once the radiator was turned on. My room was quiet but my mate was on the front of the hotel and got a bit of traffic noise as you would expect on a main road. Could not get the shower hot in the morning and so had to skip the shower which was a little annoying. My mate had a cold shower, brave lad. The hotel is family run and very French, a little quirky some might say. I would stop there again for a similar reason but question the water temperature/ shower problem with them. You get what you pay for as they say but for a one night stay where you just need a bed for the night it was OK. Breakfast very basic, sweet type breads with butter and jams and coffee. Other than breakfast did not eat in the hotel, food in their brasserie was a similar price to Calais centre. Nice people though.

Hôtel peu agréable
Une nuit à Calais pour prendre un bateau. L'extérieur semblait correct, malheureusement les chambres au second étage (escalier si étroit que les valises avaient du mal à passer) avec salle de bain commune à tout l'étage, WC dans salle de bain, temps limité pour l'occuper, aucune chaine TV en service, sauf 6ter "Tintin et Milou" !!!!. Tout est très vétuste. Le perroquet dans la salle de restaurant est bruyant mais sympa

Madame, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour, beaucoup de clients apprécient pourtant ces chambres à bas tarif, à 5 minutes de la mer, avec une salle de bain partagée par 7 clients maximum. Concernant la réception de télévision, certains jours, nous ne recevons aucune chaîne, car l'antenne anglaise nous brouille la réception, cela est reconnu dans tous les journaux locaux. Les télévisons sont neuves cependant ! La prochaine fois, réservez plutôt une chambre avec salle de bain privative, un peu plus chère...

most disappointing one you have ever provided. No parking in the vicinity. Just a wash basin in the room and a shower and toilet along the corridor and up fairly steep winding stairs right up in the attic.
We regret that you did not find to park, however the car park is free in all the streets adjacent to the hotel! You should have reserved a room(chamber) with your private bathroom, certainly a little more expensive, but more comfortable.

Dear customer, you chose to reserve a room(chamber) for economy rate, and we are sorry that the room(chamber) did not suit to you. You would have of actually to reserve a room(chamber) with privative bathroom, on the first floor, certainly a little dearer(more expensive), but more comfortable.

Only if lacking a better alternative.
Ugly top floor room. Shared bathroom with three other rooms. Toilet roll in bedroom to take with No fire exit from top floor. Otherwise ok for a couple of nights. Lower floor rooms looked much better.
