「Very nice property. Staff was very friendly. Food was amazing 」

「Our stay was enjoyable overall, but one thing was very disappointing. The hotel did not provide beach towels, and guests were told to purchase their own. Most tourists don’t travel with beach towels because they expect a beach hotel to provide them. Having to buy towels during our vacation was inconvenient and unnecessary. I hope the hotel considers offering complimentary beach towels in the future, as it would greatly improve the guest experience.」

「Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. Bathroom was affected by mold too and the visible parts of drain pipes were very dirty. It was fifty beyond what words could describe. See photos attached (if possible, I want...

「I went with my husband and 7 year old son and we had a good time in Simantro. Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds Beach was beautiful my son enjoyed. Overall we had a good experience, i would only recomend few more restaurants to be availble to eat. Other than that nice experience, nice staff and good food. 」
