The room was lovely, spacious with an amazing shower and tub and a great view. However we were given two beds intead of a king despite our clear request. Upon asking for a different room we were told none were available and the reservation didn't state a king request. Plus there were little bugs ...

Internet was bad, lots of mosquitoes and claimed no continental breakfast because of last year Melissa storm. I felt it should have been taken off advertisement since you knew you weren't going to provide breakfast. Also, had difficulty reaching them by phone.
