「Hotel is very conveniently located for temple visit any time of the day. Autos are always available outside the hotel even at 2 am. Hotel staff is very helpful in meeting your needs but the bathroom and in room service needs improvement. WiFi service is patchy.」

「I understand that the property is just 20 days old but there are some things you can’t overlook like we had turned on the DND sign but still the staff kept knocking on the door and when no one opened the used the master key and opened. They have restaurant but you will not get tea there. They will only keep making excuses that the property is new for everything. The staff are very unprofessional and have no sense about anything at all. Think wisely before booking this hotel.」

「We ended up settling for night after moving into the room third time. First was so much full of foul smell that we refused to take it, the second they moved us to, when we turned the light, the cockroaches were running around in the room, the washroom shower lines were so dirty, eroded with rust that we wouldn’t want to touch them.
