「Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. 」

「Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. 「Unexpected deposit admin charge, and also need a big amount of deposit, of which the property has debited my credit card instantly instead of holding the amount. Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. As we reported this issue to the property and had no improvement at all during our stay.」
