「After a long day of emptying a property, we were looking forward to getting to our room and winding down for the night. Upon arrival into the room, it was like an oven opening up the door. It was 30-degree heat outside, and not one window had been left open to help ventilate or keep the room cool. We had to open our main door to try and let some air enter the room as it was absolutely unbearable to stay in there. Then it was time for a shower. 「The property was beautifully decorated, staff were extremely helpful and polite, customer service was excellent. The only issue that we had was the shower in our room, it had absolutely nothing about it, there was no pressure whatsoever, purely a trickle of water!」

À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with.
