「I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.」

「everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!」

「From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable.

The food was amazing and so was the service. Everything about here gives relaxation and family friendly. 10/10. Seriously.
