「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Everything was perfect. We were very tired from moving our daughter to college, and Selena’s kind greeting with complimentary snacks was what we needed. Delicious hot coffee hit the spot after a day of moving in the rain. Our room was pristine and very comfortable. Exactly what we needed. Thanks! 」

「The bed and the room are all great. Very comfortable bed and the room are very clean, The breakfast option is good. Can be betters, was out of half and half for coffee. And the juice was out. The two night we were there. Other than that it is good. The front desk staffs are very friendly. The cleaning crews not very friendly. 」
