Comfort room was fab, really clean and modern, staff were fantastic, Fabrizo on reception was warm, welcoming and informative. The ladies looking after the breakfast room were polite and kept everything running very smoothly. Parking was easy, safe and plentiful. We had a wonderful stay thank you.

The staff at Terradimare were wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. Location is just a short walk to San Teodoro and super convenient to a market. The pool was lovely. We had a small issue with our room and it was rectified immediately. If in the area I would definitely stay at Terradimare again.

The place was great! Staff were helpful and friendly. The place was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, Only a short walk to town. Also, it’s in a great location for some amazing beaches. Id say hire a car so you can properly explore the island.

Great place to stay if you like peace and quiet.

Efficient and helpful front desk. Located a mile outside of the downtown area in a very quiet neighborhood. Although the place was full, we never heard a sound from outside our room.

This was an amazing find. My 13 year old daughter and I stayed here. Just beautiful. The town is walkable and so hip and cool. The busses took us to the most amazing beaches. Highly recommend!

I paid $550 for one night. I understand it was a last minute booking, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I won’t go into detail about the room itself, which felt outdated for the price. However, for $550 a night, I at least expect a comfortable bed with quality pillows and a decent mattress. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

Really, relaxed hotel with a pool in a quiet location but within a 10 minute walk of the centre of San Teodoro which has a host of restaurants, shops, stalls and bars. The rooms are spread out and no more than 2 story’s tall.

Short break with my daughter

Good parking. Short-ish walk to the main town centre, bars, restaurants and the evening market. Decent options for breakfast, cured meats, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. A good range of lunch options, too. Bar service was very good although it did close at 23:00. You need to be in town for drinks any later than that. There is a shuttle bus available to the local beach which is beautiful with crystal clear waters. See photo for the schedule that applied when we visited in Aug '25. There is a good sized pool when you'd rather not get sand between your toes. Lifeguard is on duty for the majority of the day. He does have a day or two off over the week though (quite rightly).

Ants in the room, stinky sheets and bad management

Be aware that the apartments (where we stayed) have problems with ants. We found a lot Ants in multiple rooms - some even found their way to our bed and suitcases. Not what you expect from a 4-star hotel! We also had stinky sheets in our room - as if the sheets had been standing in a sack with wet towels for too long. When we told the reception/management they (apparently) checked our sheets, but didn’t find a problem with them. We had no doubt and could smell it- and the cost of changing the sheet for the hotel would be zero to nothing. But the management is apparently not interested in providing the service you would expect from a four star hotel. Another thing: when you stay in the apartments you won’t get cleaning, fresh towels, fresh pool towels, toilet paper or anything like that. You even have to take out your trash when you leave the apartment. The rooms are outdated and in poor condition - beds are not very good either. On the positive side: Breakfast and bar staff was was very kind and welcoming.

Very nice place close to town centre

Very nice hotel. We loved the swimming pool! Free parking. You can park right in front of reception and rooms. Super easy to walk around. Walking distance to the town centre but in a quiet street. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Terradimare. The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to extend our stay by several nights without any complications. The pool area is beautiful and great for relaxing. The rooms are beautifully furnished and super clean!

You only receive 1 room key so when you leave the room Everything switches off so you are unable to charge any items whilst away from room , Don’t loose your pool towel ticket or there’s a charge of 30euro, if you wish to use the spa facilities another charge of 30e. Check in 3.00 am check out 10.00 am No evening restaurant facilities. This is quite a expensive hotel to begin with .

The staff wasn't all that friendly, just one of the staff members was helpfull. The room wasn't clean so i changed room, then the cleaning service wasn't proper, didn't add towels or even toiletpaper.

Fint anlegg langt fra sjøen

Fint anlegg med stor flott basseng. Bra frokost og helt grei lunsjmeny ved bassenget. Savnet et mattilbud på kvelden. Booket superior room, men er veldig usikker på hva superior er? Helt enkelt rom med balkong ut mot parkeringen. Ta med egen pute! Anlegget ligger ikke i tilknytning til sjøen, og det er alt for langt å gå i sommervarmen. Chuttlebus til stranden 3 ganger om morgenen med retur på kvelden. Byen var veldig turistifisert. Kjedelig og litt «taklete» på dagtid, men litt bedre når kvelden kom. Kveldsmarked med masse boder hver kveld. Anbefaler alle å leie rib en dag og tilbringe dagen på sjøen👌
