Very nice hotel in a good location. We had a room at the back and it was extremely quiet. Very comfortable bed. Would have preferred a “proper” door in the bathroom - there is an opaque glass door which doesn’t go right up to the ceiling - but the hairdryer makes up for it !

In downtown San Sebastián this was an amazing place to stay during my visit. Just a couple of minutes from the beach and surrounded by delicious cafes and restaurants - highly recommend. The room was a large size and comfortable.

Room was excellent in size , cleanliness .Executive room 201. Good view of plaza Guipúzcoa. Restaurant is very limitedc. Buffet breakfast is adequate but looks very scanty compared to NH hotels Aranzasu .location is perfect. Airconditioning is US standard. For a $500 a night room, you have to ask for Kleenex from the Desk and they give you this pathetic small pocket packet containing 7 pieces.

Nila at the front desk was outstanding. Very patient, always helpful, and a delight to work with. Evening staff (can't recall name, but Argentinian) was just the same. In fact all staff were wonderful, but we worked most with these two.

We came to San Sebastián from Japan for our honeymoon. During our three-day stay, we felt completely at ease thanks to the wonderful hotel staff. The front desk had multilingual staff fluent in five languages, so we had no worries about communication. There were many famous restaurants in the area that stayed open late, ensuring that we were never bored. 大変お世話になりました！ありがとうございましたm(__)m
