Nice and neat room, our overall experience was only okay due to other disrespectful guests and challenges with airflow and lighting in the room. Perfect location to access old town and the beach.

Decent location

Decent location, although above a few very rowdy bars that are open til early hours of the morning. No air con or fan provided, little to no breeze from the window so a night with high temperatures was uncomfortable.

The images of the hotel did not match the reality at all and seem edited. worn down bathrooms, no ventilation in the room so it became very hot. Felt a bit like a scam if you compare what we paid and what we got. However, the location of the place was very good.

Very good

We really enjoyed our stay, the value for the price is excellent. We paid 22 pounds for a night for 2 people. The bedding was great, the location convenient. Towels were provided, there were body soap in thr shower. I think the noise insulation could be imoroved as we could hear the other rooms, the showers, etc. The checkin has been done remotely with whats app.

There’s better optiona

We knew What standard it was with shared bathroom and so on! But.. bed and room are really poor. No air at all in the room, and the bed is small and sounds like a horror movie just by move your leg. Also room number one has all the waterpipes from bathrooms running( feels like inside the room) thru the walls. So when someone shower or doing whatever in there you’re also with them! Cozy

Very noisy

Stayed for two nights in room 1. We had not received the code for check-in when we arrived, in spite of being told that i would get the code 90 minutes before expected check-in. I called them and asked for the code, after waiting 10 minutes in rain, i got the codes sent to me, so we could check-in. It was very noisy during our stay and we work up many times during the night, as the toilet was next to the room. The room was clean but the bed was a bit unstable. I would not stay there again.

Chambre tres propre. Accueil facile. Salle de bain a l extérieur de la chambre comme prévue. Tres propre. Logement situé au coeur de San Sebastian, idéal pour visiter. Parking a proximite et tres belle balade sur le front de mer a 2 pas de l immeuble. Un excellent sejour hors saison pour notre plus grans plaisir. Merci encore.

Bedste lokation i hele byen. Værelset er ikke noget specielt, udover senge og et kaffebord - intet andet. Men til vores behov var det fint da alt var i godt stand. Servicen var også god

Toppenläge precis vid boulevarden, stranden och Old Town till ett bra pris. Trevlig personal. Ingen ac på rummen blir ett minus då det var väldigt varmt när vi var där, 30+. Ganska lyhört. Man får vad man betalar för och vi är totalt sett nöjda.

Boendet ligger centralt i gamla stan, nära till restauranger och havet. Sängarna knarrade mycket och det var väldigt lyhört ut till korridoren, men rummet med balkong var trevligt för att sitta och sola och kolla på folk. Badrummen var i ok skick. Det var endast vanliga lakan ovan och under täcket, vilket känns lite konstigt (hade önskat vanligt påslakan). Men rummet var välstädat och fint.

Super ubicación y comodidad! Muy bien. A mejorar el sistema de guarda equipaje. No funcionaba el número de teléfono que constaba. Si no desean realizar este servicio que no se oferte a los huéspedes! Aún así la chica fue un auténtico amor, nos ayudó y fue muy simpática. Más que recomendable para futuros viajes, familia y amigos! Nos gustó mucho.

Aunque compartimos baño, en el piso que estábamos eran 2 baños grandes para 5 habitaciones. Todo en muy buen estado y muy limpio. Lo mejor, q estás en el centro y al lado hay una parada de taxis. Si vas en coche es mejor intentar aparcar más lejos y gratis e ir al apartamento en taxi.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue incómoda desde el primer momento. La habitación olía fuertemente a tabaco y a un ambiente encerrado, lo que la hacía poco agradable. Además, estaba sucia y sin ventilación, ya que daba a un patio interior donde, para empeorar las cosas, había una cocina justo debajo. Por si fuera poco, se escuchaba todo el ruido de los baños compartidos por los huéspedes, lo cual era realmente molesto. Uno de esos baños tenía una puerta corrediza que no funcionaba bien; era difícil abrirla y cerrarla. Para rematar, personal de limpieza llegó a las 7 de la mañana, haciendo un escándalo tremendo mientras recogían sábanas y otros artículos. No tuvieron ninguna consideración por el horario y el ruido fue insoportable, lo cual arruinó por completo mi descanso. En definitiva, una experiencia que no repetiría ni recomendaría.

A localização é boa e o quarto também, com camas e almofadas confortáveis, espaçoso e com boa vista, infelizmente a janela não veda bem do vento, o chão ranje e as casas de banho partilhadas são um pouco desconfortáveis (um dos duches aponta só em frente e é dificil regular a pressão da água, no outro a cabine de duche parece apertada para uma casa de banho grande)

BUENA EXPERIENCIA

Apartamento muy céntrico, con la zona de tapeo y la playa de la Concha al salir de la casa. Aunque no he tenido contacto con el snfitrión, me ha respondido a los mails en minutos. El chek-in, sin incidencias. La habitación limpia y las camas cómodas. El baño es compartido para todas las habitaciones y siele estar limpio. Como inconveniente, se oye mucho el ruido de la cisterna y cuando hay mucho "tradiego" en los baños, puede ser molesto.
